Ingredients and preparation:
Caramel:
150g sugar.

100g roasted peanuts.
A pinch of salt.
Let cool down.
Sponge cake:
4 eggs (medium size M).

130g sugar.

90g flour.
30 g cocoa.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Baking dish 37x26 cm.
(approximately 14.5x10.2 inches).
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) for about 15 minutes.
Let cool down.
Cut out a 5.5 cm cookie ring.
Grind the leftovers into crumbs.
Cream:
300 g cream cheese (mascarpone, Philadelphia or similar).
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar or vanilla extract.
30g powdered sugar.
200 ml cream (33-36% fat)
Beat until the mixture thickens.
Chocolate ganache:
50g dark chocolate.
50 ml cream.
Melt in the microwave or steam bath.
Stir until smooth.
Optional:
25g roasted, chopped peanuts.
