You can get broiler booster that you put in the water with your chicks from McMurray as well. They additionally sell a gel that they can eat when you first gets them that helps. Also a big fan of premier 1 and their stuff! Marbles in the water help the chicks not to down in the water too! Have fun with your new Littles! We got some chicks in Feb the same week as the winter storm... Only 1/3 made it alive. It's was nerve wracking!

Waiting to see your son do another video, I really like how you are giving your kid's the opportunity that most don't have. I grew up in the country, and we bailed hay, raised pig's and had milking cow's, and sold milk. I just turned 50, and am disabled, but these video's really take me back. SO CUUUUUUUTE, you are so loving and super funny hahaha. My baby eggs are in the incubator Day 11, this is my second year with chicks, last year were mailed and they are thriving and beautiful, this year i bought an incubator and my neighbour blessed me with fertilized eggs! So excited! Candled day 7 and they looked great, gonna candle again Sunday 😀

Hi Patara. I was going to add a few to my flock this spring, but decided 27 birds was enough, lol. It's easy raising them but not so easy introducing to the older flock, even though they were introduced gradually. Also this winter was a nightmare with the deep snow and cold getting back and forth several times a day to my chickies. Many years ago my first chick order was from McMurray, they are very trustworthy.

I was wondering if you were going to talk about pasty butt. When I got my silkie last fall, every single one of them had pasty butt. Took two weeks to finally get rid of it. This time around, we are hatching our own silkies and 9 out of 11 eggs are already pipping. Can’t wait to see your next video❤️

Our chicks also went to Minnesota, we are in Indiana. 5 dead on arriva of 26, 4 more have died in less than 24 hours. Took 4 days to get here. They are sending 15 more!
