It's refreshing seeing reactors not be mad at her burning the tarlys. This was war. They met in battle and then still gave them the option to bend the knee and they refused. They made their bed. I personally wouldnt have given them the chance to after they betrayed the Tyrells. Dany did what she had to and eliminated a threat. Something Cersie and most of the lords would have done in her position.

I would LOVE to see a tyrant roll up on your family, your family says „no I can‘t serve you and betray what I believe in“ and they get burned alive. You’ll still say well they were in the right? BS. What she’s doing is not any different than the tyranny of her ancestors yet she claims to be different and to want to break the wheel. She could have imprisoned them, she could have sent them back to their home since most of their army was already destroyed and after she gets her throne they‘d have to serve her anyway. I really hate how everyone, especially Tyrion, who was supposed to be on her side, tells Dany that she needs to take the path of peace and be patient and understanding, while the other side is brutal and every chance they get they continue to commit atrocities, but Dany can't answer like that because she has to be "better" than them, how stupid, from the beginning she should have followed her instinct not Tyrion's plans.

She couldn't win with that. She completely stopped in the middle of her war to fight for the North and she still was looked at as an outsider. She started soft and lost all of her allies until she had nothing but her army and dragons. Obviously the plan wasn't working and she would have been insane to keep doing the same thing causing her to lose. She gave time enough for the other side to build weapons to unalive her biggest threat. I wish the writers never started with that "queen of the ashes BS" because they affectively wrote her in an impossible situation...like asking a boxer to go into the ring and win his match with both hands behind his back.
