I think (dont quote me, I'm guessing here) the biggest difference between stuffing and dressing (other than the not stuffing it part) is that stuffing is bread while dressing is cornbread. Dressing and giblet gravy (both with hardboiled eggs) is my favorite part of Thanksgiving, after seeing my family. Oh and my aunt's chocolate cake. Used to be a running joke to get to it before I do. I miss those crazies. Only seen them once since the pandemic started.

I was actually thinking Fish Sauce instead of Worcestershire. Herbs De Provence makes sense, it's a great poultry herb mix, they can vary a little (some don't contain Lavender), I love the one that has Fennel seeds, gives a nice mild sweet licqourice flavour.
