The way Benji validates the girls when they’re excited to show him something, the way he protects his girls emotions at all times, and teaches them lessons and independence and confidence. I’m gonna miss all the sweet & funny daddy-JMK moments in Japan…they were truly so fun to watch. Am glad the family made it back home safe. When JB ran to the twins to tell Miya about the claw machines in the airport, I was reminded of the sisters and their close relationship in My Neighbour Totoro - only to see JB w/ the soot sprites soon after. Such a small moment, but it hit me so profoundly. I don't usually comment, but I have to let you know that the long form vlogs and this era of your family's life has healed my inner child in so many ways. I'm 27 and so many things are changing, but the vlogs have always been a place of comfort. It makes me nostalgic for my own childhood with my siblings and my own Ate seeing your girls together. I've been an aunt for only 7 months now, but I can truly say watching your family has made me think about how I want to show up for my niece and it makes me excited to think about all the adventures I will have with her! Girlhood being shared with your sisters is one of the most magical, emotional, silly and special experiences in the world. I know you've said it before, but these days are truly the "good ol days" you and Benji will look back on. It's an honour and a privilege to witness the special moments you share with us. I also buy the garlic at Costco but I have a seperate tupperware/plastic container for it to keep the smell out of the fridge. If I don't use it all before it starts to go bad I freeze it and use it for stews and soups etc....
