So I was on my movie app and seen megamind 2 and was like ohhhhhh shiiii watched like the first 5 min and I stopped watching it and went to this video I’m disappointed

Here is an idea that could have been a better idea for the sequel (First keep the same actors and get better animation) Here the Doom Syndicate were actually fans of Megamind and were inspired by him to become supervillains. One day after Megamind “defeated” Metroman and took over Metrocity the soon to be Doom Syndicate meet each other and agreed to join forces with Megamind and help him take over the world. However by the time they got there he already defeated Tighten and became the next hero of Metrocity. The Doom Syndicate tries to get Megamind to return to his evil roots but after help from his friends and allies he refuses. This makes them angry where they now want to kill him, his friends, and the city out of spite. Basically making them a toxic fandom that hate any change to their idol that they itemize and prop up on a pedestal, and would be willing to kill their idol out of obsession, similar to how Hal/Tighten was an incel and wanted to kill Roxanne for rejecting his advances.

Dreamworks is an anomaly, they're always hit or miss, I mean they gave us Sharktale, so no surprise when they produce garbage, but they don't come in waves of quality or lack there of, like Disney or Pixar, dreamworks is so unpredictable

The doom syndicate was actually planned to be in the first movie during a first draft, they even had them appear in the video game tie in. That being said they were different characters with different personalities and designs, and much better at that…

I love Megamind, i felt like i was one of the very few people who truly appreciated the movie when it came out and for the next few years. I didnt see real recognition for the movie until the last 5 years, and im gonna be honest, i didnt even know this "sequel" was coming out. What a downgrade, missed out on the best possible cash grab by making a real sequel or even a prequel.
