LOL, it wasn't that bad, just time consuming... more so over the fact Iv never done this, and was just being cautious. I feel like if I were to do this on Bromance in the future... It would take 1/2 the time.... wait, maybe even less.... recording adds so much more time to any type of install.

Awesome video. Makes big projects like this seem a little less scary lol my only advice would be to use some weld thru primer on surfaces where it’s bare metal against bare metal where paint won’t cover once welded together.

It looks to me like you guys did a very good job on that I know you’re gonna be happy with them long arms I’m swapping out my rear springs well front and rear springs for Metalcloak dual rates and I’m going to relocate the spring isolators on the rear upper frame side I don’t think I’m as good a welder as you are

Just a suggestion, have you considered using a grinding disc instead of a flap disc? It removes more material faster!

I feel the same way, lift it once and do it right. I am glad that I went with a long arm kit first. If I hadn't, I would have to explain to my wife why I need to spend even more money on my Jeep. lol It's frustrating when you don't have all the parts you need and have to wait for things to ship or make a million runs to the parts/hardware store.

Yea, we started with a 2.5 adventure kit... moved to a 3.5 xfactor now to this one.... wasting the money for sure... could have spent the money much more wisely.... however... we were early adapters for the jl.. both the jeep and parts... it’s a steep learning curve... but u learn! 🙌😂

It’s 19 JL Sport 4 door...steering feels flighty and constant minor corrections to keep it straight. Jee denied my Jeep needs the tsb steering update.

Well I bet u tht tsb would make a huge improvement... Other things u can do to improve steering... Drag link Tie rod LCA (adjusting caster) Track bar All these things can help... but the steering issue for the JL is all over the place.... U could always go hydro assist steering... but honestly it’s pricey

Yep.. would You look at that... so I know this wasn’t an option when we bought this... (I bought it back in June 2020) but even if it was... I probably would have kept the 4 link up front... more so for the daily driving and being able to drive it to other states still... Ok... reading the inventory list.. says 4 lower control arms and 4 upper control arms.. but the picture obviously don’t show tht 🤔

You guys seem to doing well so maybe you should hire someone to clean your jeeps in and out. I spend two hours after each off road adventure cleaning in and out so it kind of bugs me when I see neglected jeeps.
