My wife is from Tehran and it is a world class city on the same level as Istanbul, Paris, London, NYC, Moscow...it has 21M people metro area, a HUGE amount of parcs and greenspaces, breathtaking gardens, amazing restaurants, shopping, bazaars open all night.
