8:00 - I feel your pain. That recirculation filter replacement is just stupid difficult. The trick is you have to leave the key on and put the HVAC in recirculate. If you turn the key off, the door closes and you can't see where the filter goes.

Robert on your axle tube they do make a sleeve to go on the snout for the wheel seal to fix the ribs so the seal won't leak I've installed several on trucks and trailers with no issues. They should have done only what you had asked.👍🇺🇸

One of the most important decisions as an Owner Operator is to know your mechanics, engine, trailer, axles, electrical, welding, all these specialist you have to have phone numbers and go wherever they are to get the best service possible. Three weeks loss income is too much.

Poor Customer Service seems like its time to change repair shops perhaps something out of state. In this day and age, repair records are digital, they have your phone number on the computer and if they ask for it, they are just being lazy to look it up.

I use Lucus HUB oil on my car hailer, instead of 80 W 90 oil, that a lot of guys use. The Lucus is thick, a lot like the STP oil additive and if you blow a seal, it doesn't all drain out like the 80 W 90 oil does.

Life is hard now my friend.My John Deere 310G backhoe had a fuel issue. When I bought it I knew the fuel tank was contaminated. All said and done it was over $1600.00 to repair it. 500+ to have the tank chemically cleaned and painted. 580+ for tech assist to track down bad wire and a filter screen not shown in manual.600+ in new parts.Forgot: if I had to have it transported to local JD construction dealer the repair would have been over $4500.00..... I did most of repairs myself and saved thousands...

i could tell you some stories about these shops that woulod turn your head bald -i just had an motor light come on my o1 camry and so i took it to a shop cause i have to have it inspected for emissions next month they called me and quoted 2700 bucks for 2 knock sensors on a v6 motor and a tune up i called them and told them dont do a thing to it she purs like a kitten but blue book on a perfect 1 that year is only about 2300 i think these places are just trying to recoop what they lost during covid is what i think i priced the parts all in about 400 bucks for everything and watched some videos on how to it myself -maybe a days worth of work in the driveway -well i picked the car up last night on the way home the check motor light went off i drove straight to an emissions place this morning and passed like a champ ?
