So fragrances can be made in the same factory and have the same notes but quality is very important. Things like fabuloso lavender can smell good but have a unrefined poor quality smell vs jpg le male can smell much better but still not the best and a niche brand like Floraikus flowers turn purple will have a much better smell

There is also extraction techniques like with Oud a very expensive fragrance note. It can be steam distilled(cheap but still 1.5k for 3 OZ about) or resin melted(high quality and much more expensive)
