namaste ma'am, ma'am, if the periods changes cycle every month from 28 to 32 days so is it sign of pcod or this is normal cycle ?? bcz i had my periods very regular but form 3 to 5 months i have sometimes 28 days or 30 days or 32 days cycle ..plz maam guide 🙏🙏

These asanas are also great for menstrual cramps and bloating. I practice them regularly along with a protein-rich vegetarian diet. It has been wonderful.

Thank you so much! Today I got my periods 😊 From past three days I'm doing yoga in the morning and also I drink Tulsi water🌿(5-6 petals of Tulsi with warm water) along with it. We should drink 3-4 liters of water a day and tulsi is very pure😌Trust me you will see results soon🤍☺️

Meri period kabhi bhi time se nahi ati mujhe pcod tha bahut doctor ko dikha karke medicine bhi kha chuki thi lekin aram nhi mila fir bhi pireds time PR nhi atey fir whitocon syrup and assicon syrup use karke dekha maine esko 6-7 month use Kiya ab pireds time par Ane Lage pcod khatam ho gaya

I love to learn more about the yoga practice. However on one end end cruciferous foods and dairy are good for hormone balance but on the other end it not to good for thyroid or pcos. So it's how to balance those things. But this information is good.

Hello, After marriage I had to shift to oman , I never faced irregular periods ever in my life before marriage . But soon after coming here I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism , having medications. Can the hot climate be the reason of hypothyroidism. If yes, how to overcome whilst living here.
