I live in the US in the state of Arkansas.. I cannot find adequate words to express my gratitude for this knowledge. I have fought to free myself from the toxic medical system I found myself enslaved in from health issues and these precious videos are a lifeline for me. I absolutely love this. I specifically google searched pranayama breathing exercises and found your video. So glad I chose this one. The explanation and detailed way this woman goes through the steps of each technique is perfect. I was able to write them down easily and it will be easy to know what to do and how to do each one of these techniques. Looking forward to starting them. Thank you so much for this video and precise and concise descriptions. Also the demonstration was a great addition as well, especially for some parts of the exercises. Thank you so much. 💛

It takes time for blood pressure to go down when you get anxiety or panic. But the first thing that happens before the blood pressure goes down is emotional and mental clarity. Thats what breathing exercises do. Then in few minutes the blood pressure goes down with it. The mind gets balanced first then the blood pressure follows. It may take 20 or 40 minutes. Or 5 minutes fir the blood pressure to follow sometimes but it will follow and go down. Then mind and body is balanced. But sometimes the breathing exercises help anxiety and blood pressure very quickly fir some. So its different but sometimes it takes time.

Please listen to a registered dietitian in this aspect and not an influencer. Registered dietitians understand food science to a molecular level and are bound to truth or else run the risk of losing their license. I hope this helps 💚

Namste, Extend the tongue outside the mouth as far as posssible without strain.Curl the sides of the tongue up so that it forms a tube. Hope this will help you.

Namaste Krishna Ji, In Sheetali Pranayam - After a short exhalation, start inhaling from the mouth , through the tongue slowly & rhythmically in one long & unbroken inspiration . Continue inhaling till a sense of fullness is felt in the chest. Now close the mouth & exhale through the nose as naturally as possible gradually ,avoiding jerky & relax .

That’s not what I was taught. The Indian yoga teacher I had us do alternate nose breathing. That was all. We usually fell asleep lol😊

You mean the tragus of the ears? Yes, you need to gently press the tragus with your thumbs, close your eyes and make the humming sound.

all good and sound, but. Pranayana Sadhana is not about breathing exercises!. Just as Asana Sadhana is not about Hatha Yogasanas. Those are the tools, good to use, but not the essence. you can think of a breath as an vehicle caring Prana. if you focus too much on the vehicle, you will miss the cargo. Use the vehicle to it's max, but never forget what is its purpose. Never forget, what is the point, the essence. What is the essence? Opening your eyes is the essence! being aware of your life force, observing its movements and shifts, seeing what you haven't seen before, guiding it and controlling it is the essence of Pranayama Sadhana. Body gymnastics, lung gymnastics... are not going to get you anywhere if you if you are not focused in the right direction.

On the laying down pranayam, exhalation brings the abdomen out? When I inhale my abdomen goes out, when I exhale my addomen flattens. Can someone explain please?

Namaste, Asana or pranayama (breathing exercises) practise should be done on empty stomach. It is essential to be mindful to practise 2hrs after eating. Hope this helps.

This is too fast. He says do the breath 5 times but moves onto the next one straight away. This isn't a 10 min breathing exercise its 10 mins of information. Theresa difference

Namaste Pranayama is of two types Sagarbha - This involves mentally chanting a mantra when doing Pranayama Agarbha - This involves chanting without any mantra Sagarbha is considered much more powerful than agarbha Thanks
