To recap: 1. Stop working during illness (both physical and mental) 2. Stop consuming too much sugar 3. Do not skip meals 4. Avoid too much Entertainment (decrease social media, be more mindful) 5. Get enough peaceful sleep 6. Avoid complaining 7. Be active. Dont succumb into lethargy 8. Get enough sunlight. Avoid spending too much time in dimly lit and dark places during the day. 9. Provide your brain enough stimulus to think. Learn new skills. Grow. 10. Do not hold on to bad memories and anger.

Glad you highlighted points like taking rest while working or while not feeling well. Also about sleep . Otherwise a so-called great motivator like Priyanka Chopra conveys that one should hustle day and night for achieving goals. How they glorify an unhealthy lifestyle . It's good for rich people who can afford medication in big hospitals and therapy. And middle class people are blindly following such tips.

This is a strange and a bit foolish comment for a few reasons: First of all, It's rude to call someone "too old"... Plus, with age, *of course* your knowledge will be "too much," it's called "wisdom" and it tends to increase the older you get, that's just common sense 🙄🤦🏽‍♂️...but as a side note yes, Dadi has a large degree of medical knowledge compared to the average person 👍
