Yes, chia seeds and sabja seeds are two different kinds. The 5 health benefits of chia seeds as mentioned in the video, can also be gained by the consumption of sabja seeds. Although chia seeds and sabja seeds are indeed different, they appear deceptively similar. Interestingly, both kinds of seeds can be easily blended into your regular diet - Soak them to prepare smoothies, or ground them to thicken your curries.

But chia seeds are not indigenous to our country. Sabja seeds are. So sabha seeds will be far more beneficial to us than chia seeds. Please do your research well before shooting videos.

@@HeyMsVal i mix two teaspoons of chia seeds in warm water with a little bit of lemon and drink it in an empty stomach. I am not sure of any particularly good brands, but the one I got mine was from the nearest grocery store and it seems to work out pretty well for me so far.

I used to do this, but depression took over and i completely lost myself. at 44 i look 60, but i am back to living my life the holistic way, since medication did nothing but ruin my health and eye sight, i cannot reverse what i did to myself because of severe depression, but i will not allow to ruin my health and life using chemicals anymore. Please don't take offense , be cause I don't mean to . I suffered suicidal depression so I fully understand what you have been through , even if you never reached rock bottom . May I suggest that you change your handle from Thesatinschild to something lighter such as natureschild or some other more gentle one ? I don't knowifyou are religious or not bit if I explain my personal experience you may understand why I am suggesting a change ... wholly optional ... I'm just trying to help you 🕊️ A few years ago , I suffered deep and dark depression after my long-term soulmate died within just a few weeks of a terminal diagnosis . My world fell apart and my state of mind dropped from deep depression to suicidal thoughts for days , until couldn't take anymore . It went beyond grief . Att that time I had no religion at all it never crossed my mind to try praying . One afternoon I broke and was literally on the point of attempting suicide when I experienced something truly amazing . God 'pulled me up' out of that place and within seconds utterly transformed my life from then on upto now . He gave me a whole new perspective and purpose and filled me with a deep ,calmness which has never left me . I heard no voice , or saw anything out of the norm , but learned that through gut feelings / intuition , God is trying to guide me and everyone else but because he gave us all personal freedom of will it means it's up to us to listen to intuition or to unwisely ignore it. As I had never ben taught fully about the Holy Bible , God and why Jesus was born in my very young years and my parents weren't religious , I more or less drifted , unguided through my life , until the experience I just described . However because of that I had to read the Bible because my intuition from God that afternoon was to study it, not just flip through it , so I could then help others come to know him and Jesus Christ , our Saviour . I'm not asking you to become religious , because that's your personal decision to consider , but I am asking you to change your KZbin handle because you may not realise that Satan is really among us anf searches out those of weak faith in God or none ( me at the time ) and pulls us down and influences us and hopefully kill us by causing suicidal thoughts and depression to invade our fragile minds ; and I believe that is what led to your dark depression , possibly by first influencing you to do many or all of the things he that knows God detests , so that you would blame yourself for any wrong things you may have unwittingly been ked into doing either alone or by other Godless people . I truly hope that you won't mind this long reply from me and only wish you mentally well and strong to be able to enjoy the rest of your life in peace , fre from all mental turmoil . May God bless you through my prayers for you and all whom you love and may believe you have hurt during your darker days . Take care from now on , be cause though you may not love yourself ,believe me when I tell you that nobody could ever come close to me ing and caring about you than our Creator and Heavenly Father.🤍

Coming out of such dark, oppressive depression in the way that I did, literally lifted up by God , made me realise how very fragile and prescious life is . The inner calmness he gave me that afternoon has never left me and I want to pass on if possible to others that God truly is there . The amazing thing to me .. still .. is that until that experience I had practiced no religion , but had always kept an open mind, which I think might be why he took notice of such an insignificant person as me . Keep telling others about God and I pray for your daily life . 🤍

My toddler has a lot of food allergies and has really struggled to gain weight and grow. Ive been very worried. I started making her overnight oats with chis seeds, oats, almondmilk greek yogurt (17g protien per serving!) And a little agave syrup in it. She has also started drinking goat's milk and ive increased her protien with a few other foods and she just gained 27oz in 14 days!! Its such a relief that she is growing right and catching up now! Im expecting #6 now and ive also been eating the overnight oats i make her every morning. Im feeling really good.

@@maishayarrtohnahi Of course! ok, in my blender I add almond milk like half a cup, then my 310 vanilla flavor shake powder mix, add some chia seeds, Nopalina flax seed powder, raw oats, some ginger and the rest water. And that's it! Good luck hope it works for you if you decide to do it! :)

The Amazing part about chia; it’s easy to prepare. I usually add almond milk to an organic Chia seeds I let it soak for few minutes, add cinnamon a little bit of maple syrup and some raw nuts. It need to fills my stomach for long time! And the energy is Indescribable.

I have started intermittent fast ( 12 hours fasting with 1 breakfast & once early dinner) Early morning on empty stomach 1 clove ( additional 1 clove before bed) plus a glass of chia+ water/yoghurt. & the morning breakfast include a bowl of dry fruits + sunflower seeds ( total 40gms approx) Awesome results within 3-4 weeks of overall excellent healthy feeling

I grind the chia seeds and flaxseed and sprinkle them on everything using a teaspoon on each thing I consume , I mean everything I eat and drink even coffee . In the past several weeks my skin has felt and looked amazing my face has filled out which was sunken in the eye area . I was having irregular heart beat, palpitations, and high cholesterol and since consuming chia flax’s it has stopped , my cholesterol is down. Weird I know but it is working . Have been using flax’s chia for over a month .

Namaste. A general ratio for soaking chia seeds is about 1 part chia seeds to 4 parts liquid. So, if you have half a teaspoon of chia seeds, you can soak them in approximately 2 teaspoons of water or any liquid of your choice. Allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and swell , forming a gel-like consistency. This is a flexible guideline, and you can adjust the amount of liquid based on your desired consistency and preferences. Hope this helps

I love Chia Seeds!! I add 2 tablespoons to my Premier Café Latté protein shake in a glass and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. I love the way it gels and I can eat and drink my coffee at the same time!!🥰

🤔….. I wish that I could consume Chia seeds because of their amazing benefits - but when I tried adding it to my cereal each morning, as you mentioned in your video, within about three days I started having swollen prostate symptoms (difficulty peeing, and urge to pee often). At first, I did not associate this problem with the Chia seeds, so I continued consuming them for about three weeks. I had never had the symptoms of a swollen prostate before, and I was really concerned with what was happening to me. Finally, I realized that the only thing I had changed recently in my diet was the addition of Chia seeds. So, I immediately stopped eating Chia seeds and within about three or four days the swollen prostate symptoms disappeared completely. Since that time I’ve done a little research and I have found that indeed consuming Chia seeds can have this side effect in some men.

Did you try soaking them overnight? It helps dampen the effects of the lectins present in chia seeds. If you still have the same result, switch to basil seeds which are naturally lectin free. Nothing else would cause the inflammatory response you had.. this is pure superfood.

This video really buckled down to mainly just mention superb benefits, not ones that just somewhat stick out to you such as healthier skin, but age prevention in general. Not just good for energy, but good for bones and muscles. You don't always hear of the outlined advantages described as such how they were in the above.

Don't do like that... By trend if you are using harmful chemicals like fragrance based shampoos or soaps coz they are too in trend, if yes then you will never get benefits of chia seeds related to skin and hair

You can consume chia seeds without "soaking" I do it everyday. Yes, I put it in water or some kind of liquid. As long as you're taking the seeds with plenty of liquid you're fine.
