This was really great for me. I have right hip arthritis and a loose joint. This just hit the spot! By the time we got onto the side-lying stretch with bolster, blanket and block for the head I was in nirvana. Namaste!💗🌵🕉️

Such a lovely practice!! 🙏💕 I do restorative all to seldom I realise 😀. The supported bridge was So Lovely, I didn't want to come out of it. Ever. And also the purr from Mr. Patrick? Is that him I can hear when he is not seen in the video? 😺

32min could not do reclined hero, legs straight no effect, I found crossing my legs was better then straight, I think my quads are too tight 😭

You can set the bolster up against the wall or a chair so you are more upright or begin by practicing sitting on a block or two upright with feet underneath and out to the sides. That's how I started for the first few years and it helped slowly unwind the tension of my thighs. You could also take this face down with a strap around your ankle and gently pull it in to stretch your thighs one at a time slowly. Thanks for joining me today! Peace, Aprille
