The state failed to point on the real killers because of police unprofessionality.the guard by the name of simushi and a police officer on during that night,reported that two criminals over powered them.before judge Njobvu in the high court the real criminals were sent of free.these now both the late used to disclosed how the moved before and after the murder of Penza while in chimbokaila prison.
