The image of Thay’s human figure disappearing in the mist having left in people’s hearts the essence of his spiritual ancestors Dhamma teaching is something to hold dearly. Very powerful. Wow! There’s so much to learn from this podcast, i have listened to it several times and I feel i have to go back to it as if thirsty and needing more water. So inspiring. It touched my heart deeply. Something here connected me to this wise man placing me in the centre of the storm’s eye so I can clearly see my storm violently swirling around me. A deep thank you 🙏 to both Brother Phap Huu and Jo. Thank you for bringing to us such powerful teachings. I’m in awe!

My heart aches when listening to these podcasts or watching KZbin videos of Venerable Thay, knowing he has transitioned and won't physically be with us anymore. I am grateful to have these means of hearing his voice again and continuing to gain wisdom from his teachings. Thank you for sharing...

May I ask a question? I thought that things like tea and coffee were taboo as they are considered intoxicants?? So is it OK to drink tea or do you only drink herbal teas that have no caffeine?

I was a Buddhist for 50 years and was always confused about what they truly believed. I asked different monks about God and where we come from and I got different answers from different monks. Some believed there is God and some do not. However, Buddha's teaching is good, how to be a good person, but you have to save yourself from sins. Only a true God can save you and forgive your sins. Jesus is God in the flesh, who came down to earth, walked with men, teach us about the Heavenly Father that created us and the universe. Jesus was willing to die for us and rise on the 3rd day to prove who he is. It is finished! Jesus gives us a new start in life if we believe in him and repent for all our sins and sin no more. Christians call it the good news of the gospel. Just ask Jesus to come into your life and you want to have a relationship with him. And I guarantee you that Jesus will come and you will have an encounter with him. This is what happened to me. God Bless everyone!
