Well you didn't lose it overnight so you have to expect to take time for regrowth to occur. I think this all mumbo-jumbo to be honest. Especially when it relates to typical male pattern baldness which is genetically programmed and involves the male hormone DHT. It might benefit condition of hair or general strengthening of hair but there is no scientific proof that Fenugreek can treat or cure actual genetic hair loss.

I've tried countless things. The only things that really worked for me: A good diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 30 minutes, eating right, using quality shampoo and oil. its because we don’t blend it properly...first blend the soaked seeds with half of the soaked water then again pour some seed soaked water and blend this way blend it for 8 times and it will look like mayonnaise

Blend the soaked fenugreek nicely into a finest paste and mix with coconut oil or you can blend with coconut oil too! Apply the fenugreek paste to your hair and never dry it more than 45 minutes. The longer you will dry the paste in your hair, the more you will harm to your hair. Make sure you are wearing a shower cap after you apply the paste in your hair. So it will not over dry in your hair. First, rinse the paste from your hair with lukewarm water, and then apply shampoo. Use mild shampoo! You can use Johnson baby shampoo too! Use conditioner too! Let the hair dry, but before it is fully dry (like before it is 100% dry) comb your hair with wide comb which is with big strand. So it will help you to brush off the residue of the fenugreek paste. Have some patience to get beautiful hair. Good Luck!

My own hair growth success story i followed below: 1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind. 2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth. 3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough. 4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore. 5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough. 6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders. Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too. Stick to the regimen, i promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure.

@@biancaol6968 hair loss is always several factors contributing at the same time. Even if genetically prone. The regimen is the same. Two large table spoons, heaped is fine. Twice a day. Taoist soap does a lot, but I don't understand it and works for me and women. You have to use a small amount and not a large amount on the scalp. Faith in nature fragrance free shampoo is good. But anything with no fragrance, like baby shampoo. They make sure its fragrance free and paraben free.
