If you use the sealable inners with a different brand (I use Eclipses), they'll fit just fine in pretty much anything made for Commander decks. I use the large boulder variant and it's never been a problem.

The Boulder did not work for me at all, the box damaged my decks because it was so tight. With eclipse outer and sealable inners. Ultra pro satin tower on the other hand, holds all my decks with room to spare. Can't recommend them enough!

@@ubermusli I accidentally damaged a card of a friend either opening or closing a boulder (luckily it was a basic swamp) and that turned me off from them, which is a tragedy because I feel like I could practically run them over with my car. I picked up a satin tower for my modern deck and I'm just not sold on the nubs that hold it closed, with my 75 cards and the excess sleeves from a 100pk I can get the top to pop open when shaking upside down. It may have been used when I got it in all fairness, as it was unwrapped when I purchased it, but I've even tried opening one I got for another friend for Christmas and I was not sold on them. I didn't hate it, but I was not wowed by it either, kind of a 7/10 for me.

I have the XL 100+ and validate the Prof's review here. I have 2 fully foil double sleeved EDH decks and they fit snuggly into the box. You could leave the commander out and put it on top of the cards and it won't be impacted by the lid. I use KMC perfect hard inners and Dragon Shield outer sleeves.

Ultra Pro Satin Tower is still my deckbox of choice with the Dragon Shield "360" inners when bringing my EDH full bling Karametra deck around! 100 double-sleeved with the sealable Dragon Shields have yet to bend a single card!

I have 100 card decks with sealable inners in the large Boulder boxes. Prof's issue is that he's using the already thicker Dragon Shield sleeves. I use Eclipses and it's perfectly fine.

@@KingBobXVI I only use dragon shield mattes and dragon shield perfect fit sealable. A deck fits in the satin towers, but there’s little room for tokens. The biggest issue I run into is when I have many double sided cards in the deck and have to use helper cards (I have to use them because the inner sleeves are the smoke option).

If you're looking for another option; I have Dragon Shield Mattes with the Dragon Shield sealable inner sleeves on all my commander decks, and the Ultra Pro Satin Tower works great and fits all my cards without having to force anything. I use them for all my decks. Also, R.E.P Gaming deck boxes also fits my decks.

Have boulders as advised- but when double sleeved the only thing that fits the deck is Satin tower (and a few, NOT ALL: tokens that go with it) Easy substitute is using dice that fit in bottom of tower

I have always used ultra pro satin towers for double sleeved decks in dragonshield. sealable inners and dragonshield outer. They were the only deck box i found that could comfortably support that way of double sleeving.

My pet deck has been my Chandra Tribal EDH deck for a few years, now, and I decided to switch it over to the Dragon Shield Resealables when they came out. I could definitely tell a difference, since I no longer had room for my tokens and Emblem cards in my Satin Tower, but the 99 (almost all foiled) with Resealable Inners and Dragon Shield Mattes (barely) fit in the box, with room for the commander on the side. So, Satin Towers will work, but you’ll need something else for tokens/other “accessory” cards. I use one of the hard plastic cases that Card Kingdom mails cards in!

I've found that with double-sleeving with both Dragon Shield sealable inners and normal Dragon Shield outer sleeves, if you store them in an Ultra-Pro Alcove for about a month, they'll fit in any deck box after. It worked with my satin tower. Also, the sealable Dragon Shield inners will fit in a 100+ Boulder deck box if you use Eclipse outer sleeves.

I've found that my Ultra-Pro satin towers can hold my commander decks, which are double sleeved in either Dragon Shield or Eclipse sleeves with the Dragon Shield resealable inners. But these boxes seem like they'd be a more comfortable fit, and I like that

I just double-sleeved with the Dragon Shield resealables. My main boxes are the Ultra Pro 100+ boxes (sometimes only $5) and the first deck I did does fit, just barely, with only a couple-3 tokens. However, this was after letting them sit under my Bevington Shakespeare collected works, Lord of the Rings single volume edition, and 25 pounds of weight for a whole day. Gotta say they feel real easy to work with after that. I just can't feel comfortable buying the cheaper vinyl boxes when I can spend the other 15-30 dollars on better cards instead. These boxes are defo on my wishlist though : )

I’ve been a fan of the resealable Dragon Shield inner sleeves and the matte outer sleeves and despite the added thickness of my deck, the Satin tower box can contain it (even with some tokens and sideboard cards). Anyhow, great review, as always, prof! Keep up the wholesome great content!

I got some GameGenic boxes after seeing Prof's first review of them and I've been super happy with them. I saw some XL Squire boxes on sale for $8 and I snapped up several even though I don't have decks to put in them, yet. They're fantastic boxes. Really like what that company is making.

I 100% agree with the professor on this. I recently purchased all gamegenic deck boxes per his previous recommendation, so I have 11 plus the giant dungeon to hold 10 of them, and I cant agree harder on the “just give it a little bit more room for a few more cards” statement. Now I THINK all my boxes are the XL design... as all my 100 card decks fit, and on the sidekicks I put the tokens needed for the deck on top of the cards, and can still put the flap over the deck box just fine. Fully recommend gamegenics so much I’m going to probably make my own video on how amazing they are. Thank you professor

I have personally had success with the UltraPro Satin tower for my Dragon Shield outers and DS Sealable inner sleeved commander deck, with room for 1 to 2 single sleeved Tokens. There is also enough room on the side for a trimmed down top loader to hold my commander card! I was bummed the initial offering from Gamegenic could not house my deck, as I loved the Watchtower, but alas, these XL options came too late to the game!

The DEX Creation Medium Deck Box has been my go-to for double and TRIPLE sleeved decks. Fits them perfectly and gives room for tokens. Have been using some boxes for over 4 years and they are still in great condition.

So I have my Jhoira commander deck with Dragonshield non-art matte sleeves and the Sealable Inner sleeves placed into an Ultimate Guard Monolith 100+. It actually fits really well. I had previously had this deck in an Ultimate Guard Xenoskin Flip N Tray 100+, but when I switched to the sealable inners they would not fit! Fortunately the Monolith worked perfect for me.
