15 seconds in and you’re already giving us a WORD lol Realizing how much harder I work when I feel super confident and think I look good was a game changer. My gym clothes and skincare are an investment!

i like the vibe of this video, its very Sam Sulek-esque. Almost like ASMR. I like the down to earth chatting and commentary throughout this video and the quietness of the video. No background music and your dog just being a dog around you. Just letting you know the format/content of this vid is appreciated

I always wear makeup to the gym and my skin is fine, as long as your cleansing your skin properly afterwards you should be fine. Also hypochlorous acid spray in a little bottle is great to take with you to the gym, just spray it when you sweat and it kills any bacteria that would lead to acne.

this helped me SO MUCH to train harder yesterday. I have been struggling to feel sore after my workouts even with all my sets maxed out. This advice has my glutes stiff and sore again 😂💪 - pretend each rep is your only rep - less rest in between sets - extra 2 sets after your mind gives up - slow down each rep That’s all helped me big time

Agree, agree on the gym fit and tan. I don’t usually wear makeup to the gym on a daily not because I dont like to but just due to time. But when I like how I look with my tan and my outfit my workouts are so much better. I think it’s a mental thing but it works. To each its own. But if little tricks and tips like this can keep you motivated and boost your confidence do it. Just a little advice to all those muscle mami’s out there doing this thang!😂❤💪

I agree with you 100%...I just clean my skin with toner in the morning g before i go and training and when i get back then I do my full skin care AM/ PM - wash, toner, serum.. that has been working well for ME!!!! 2% salicylic acid in my toner.. and consistency with skin care and training is the key.. Dont forget hydrated and rest...

Sophie I feel you with the whole makeup thing, I used to break out with the makeup I was using but it just really levels up a good workout session. I learned about this brand called Mineral Fusion which is basically a more natural version, since I started using it haven’t had any more breakouts. I hope you can try it, I think you’ll love it! I’m not 100% sure if you can get it in the Netherlands but It’s probably possible for order. Anyways I hope you like it. ❤️Also I love how personal you are with your audience

This is so interesting because i mainly store my fat on my stomach but my calves have been lean and had lots of muscle definition long before i even started the gym. I never train my calves separately (because the women in my family are prone to varicose veins and i don’t want to take any risks) but i have insane muscle definition there

You could put something under your feet on the hack squat machine? If that’s your own private gym/equipment then I’d consider fixing something to the platform 🤷♂️ Just an idea 💡

@@carinapereira3655 thank you! I want to do bulgarians but they're so difficult for me. I'll try doing the single leg press!
@carinapereira36553 ай бұрын
@ruthb1940 Try, put your leg in the middle of the platform and bring the knee close to your chest as possible, and you will be targeting your glutes so well as Bulgarian split squats. Try to do progressive overload. So put a weight that you can do 3 sets 8 to 10 reps and when you can do more than that increase the weight ☺️
