The first video I’ve watched about the rubber band method is a channel called Mixed Dreads. I’m glad I found a young lady I can relate to. I did a buzz cut late February 2021, and so with just a few months of growth I’m starting the process. I’m nervous but I’m tired of thinking about it, so thanks for the encouragement.

I love ur locs I finally found someone with the same amount as mine I hve 45 locs I just started 2 weeks ago my hair is super soft and not thick .my question is since I did two trand twist already two weeks ago willbuding rubber bands now be wise I love ur method .

I have seen these, usually favoured by the men. Makes a change to see a woman use the method. I have 39 silver locks. My son says some are Brown. You are right there aren't a lot of thick locks that are not freeform. I interlock every 4 months or do. Your locks remind me of mine. They look better as they drop and get longer. Like you, I dont like to spend time on my hair......far more important things to be getting on with!!!!😃
