You know what's crazy? I've DONE hitless against all the other bosses, except for the first hero. And it was on hard mode that I got these bosses hitless. I even have the Dark First Hero hitless, but NOT the regular first hero. It's my last achievement.

Beelz I would like to say alot of things about you and the content but I want to talk about how you have brought me into skul ever since I started to play (which isn't very long). I would like to say how my 2nd dark mirror run when tbh everything had been going normal until around chimera and I think I have found one of my favourite builds ever. I felt like I was going to beat dm1 (embarrassed that I had a god run on dm1). Everything was good until dad this was my first time ever seeing and fighting dad in dm1. The pressure on my shoulders was insane but eventually I had died. Beelz the reason I wanted to share this with you is the fact that you had motivated me to try dark mirror a big thanks for me. Hope you ended up reading this and if so beelz you are one of my favourite youtube.

To be fair garg dosen't like soar either, most soar items arent that great. Like the most i can think of is jenny's chain sickle and manatech booster for soar2, and rosary if you wanna force it a little bit. Even sylphid wings is more of a dash item and while you can wavedash with gargoyle that build is more about chase than anything else. More than relying on a single inscription gargoyle relies on one skill 'petrify' not other skill matters as long as you have petrify, and the swap of cource.

with the Slime King, the only way to manipulate the result that I've found is if you have a full inventory and an item chest or item treasure in the room. Whichever item is cloned will be for a specific slot, so if it's not the item you wanted, you Alt+F4 to redo the room and then pick up and swap items a few times to put the item you wanted cloned into the slot that was cloned before restarting. Works every time, the slot that was picked will never change unless you delete items so that slot is emptied. On that note, worst case scenario, if you don't have an full inventory or an item chest to swap with you can destroy every item AFTER the slot that was picked so your desired item is now in the right spot- buuut... That can kill your run so the former scenario is ideal. I like doing this to get 2 Solar Swords or 2 Lunar Rings so you can get the 100% boost to magic or physical since my builds rarely focus on both.

Pally being all magic now, he has officially become my favorite skull. The fact he was split damage was his only fault. I still don't have the update being on console but the DP change is easily the thing I'm looking forward to the most. Guan yu buff too cause he is a lot of fun to play for me.

You know, there should be an item that boosts your attack and magic according to how many bone fragments you collected in the run, a common item that evolves maybe? It would make for a really fun way to reward picking skull rooms aside from the very like step-by-step growth associated with spending fragments to upgrade your skulls.

Idea for a run. the "RuNG". Start with basic skull and 4 treasure(pick whichever makes more gold, carleon insignia.incense burner etc, can be dupes) go into shop and only take items and skulls from gift pedestal. Show us the true rigging run. All skulls/treasure/gold rooms are only for resources and not for use. P.S exceptions is quints cs i don't think they can drop from gift boxes, and dark quartz pedestal.

I will also say, you need to give belt of strength another look. You don't even pause on it since Thor run but on a speed or even balance skull, it rivals invisible knife. The issue being it only works on basic attack instead of crit. But it's damage is actually nutty with max go getter.

Coincidentally just the other day I fell into the Skul only temptation. I walked into Yggs with that Manatech/Courage item with the gravity ball and Mage's Necklace, Yggs dropped the cudgel. So I just decided to do a split damage Skul run. Gunpowder Sword showed up at some point too, it was crazy. Difficulty 6 or 7, first time clearing it. Also we definitely need another Water skull. Specially if you find Invisible Knife, 'cause it makes those little waves deal fat damage.

One of the bonuses you unlock as you progress through Dark Mirror is getting more gold and bones from their respective rooms. You can notice the gold bars that fall out of gold rooms a lot more than the bones, but they're there. They kinda just spill out when you loot a bone pile.

So Discolored Dark Quartz ended up only giving 25HP and nothing else, since the inscriptions on it all get to 3 each which is useless.... MEanwhile you throw 5% amp away when getting rid of the mask...

You have a dedicated dodge/dash button with i-frames to help evade damage. Most skulls can double dash, with 1 archetype having a single dash that does damage (tackle). Some have specialized dashes.

I got a no hit run on chimera today by just killing faster than i could blink. I was planning on doing a dash spear run and got a slime duping an early forbidden sword Kiren. That on top of some good master piece items and the masterpiece omen and i was doing so much damage. It’s the most ive ever done before. Also the first time i beat dark dad without using the extra life (For context im at 23 hours in game and im on dark mirror 3 at the moment after the amazing spear run)

Man I was having a really hard time with the Dungreed hard mode and wondering how Beelz made it look so easy. On console it's still the old hard mode d'oh! Got my first hard mode win tonight with wings and unlimited ammo on a MT8 Carbine with the amour boy with full 20 in defence and the expanded stomach. I thought thief was all magic now but it was just all the item effects.
