$7,000 for a pool heater? I don't think so! A Hayward 400,000 BTU and that is a big one is $4000.00 and installation is usually included. A good Pentair multispeed is under $2,000. The guy in the story is full of it! His prices are a bit high. With that "plunge" pool, all you really need is a small pump and heater unless it has swing jets. Remind me not to do business with Purpose Pools. Try getting into my neighborhood and robbing the homes in here. Not a chance!

Las Vegas has become a horrible place to live in the last 18 mo - Henderson used to be classy, now it looks like E. L.A. and the landlords are so corrupt, it's disgusting ; Our pool hasn't worked for 80% of our tenancy, yet they're STILL trying to screw us over now that we're trying to simply terminate our lease and leave. Broken window by one of these criminals for over a month and they don't care. It's sick.

@@RasiRobi Yes, even in Henderson - we thought it was like Summerlin, where it was classy, upper-middle-class, at the very least ; Nope. Ever since COVID hit, EVERYONE on our block has either died (many were elderly) or moved out. EVERYONE.

I was a field rep for a local real estate company in those years and was constantly filing hundreds of useless police reports one after another for the banks. They would steal rooftop ac units while drinking beer in broad daylight not giving AF. Ran into so many squatters that the banks would give money to just so they'd leave. Seen them get 2-3k multiple times. Pathetic
