Myself stopped mine hair fall with these. Detangling your hair easily with a wide tooth wooden comb to avoid breakage, especially when hair is wet and more likely to break. Apply litttllextra ccoconinon shampoo and hair oil kit twice a week. This is essential step of my hair care routine and performed well in hair fall reduction.

I was having hair fall problem prior to using Cocoonioon shampoo, but after using it, my hair fall significantly decreased. But, it doesn’t add much shine. You will experience frizziness after using, for which you can use any conditioner.

I'm surprised you forgot to mention onion (not garlic) juice! Allegedly, due to its high sulfur content, it's the most effective natural hair regrowth remedy so far. You're supposed to rub the bald spots with fresh onion juice. I tried it once, but the smell is abysmal. Let's not forget the nettle as well. And, I found some videos on YT about massaging your scalp to increase circulation and induce hair regrowth.

My experience with thinning hair. I tried tea tree oil for 4 months. what I did was get a small spray bottle about 2oz size and I added half water and half tea tree oil. I used to shake it up and then spray it on my scalp and massage it in. during those months I noticed small baby hairs being to grow and my hair stopped falling. after doing as much research as I can I came to the conclusion PS IM NOT A DR OR SCIENTIST. what the tea tree oil did was stimulate circulation on my scalp and open the follicles allowing the hair to sprout out if that makes sense . kinda like if the hair inside was trapped and the opening of the follicle they were able to grow. my results was amazing absolutely amazing never has by hair been so full as with using the tea tree oil. so then I experimented some more. my friend over plucked her eye brows like most of did in the dam 90s and since she was young they never ever grew back. so I gave her some tea tree oils and told her to put a drop on her finger and rub it on her brows daily. well to our surprise within the week her brows began to grow she continued to use the oils for a month and then we got to tweezing and reshaping her brows lol they looked amazing and she never had to use the oil again . ok my bro comes over his has a patchy beard so I did the same in the patchy areas the hair sprouted out and we were amazed really only took a few weeks. my hair did not fall out after disc. of tea tree oil. So as a dr what do you think?

My own hair growth success story i followed below: 1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind. 2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth. 3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, futher supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough. 4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your finger tips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore. 5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Dont get pills they are not high dose enough. 6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, dont let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple times a week does wonders. Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too. Stick to the regimen, i promose you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why its hard to cure.

Six months ago, I got myself a very good hand held electric scalp massager and also started using a strong solution of rosemary water from the dried leaves I boiled up. In about two months, I could see and feel tons of new hairs growing and upon close inspection some beginning to come in along the hairline, I was very pleased!! THEN, I added Minoxidil, but after a months time, I decided this is not what I want having to commit to a chemical treatment and so I ended using the Minoxidil. WELL, talk about the SHED and I mean the NEW short hairs I had sprouted, hundreds each time I combed my hair as I stood over the washroom sink that they fell into, sigh! I lost very few longer hairs, just mostly all those new ones I had worked so hard to stimulate and resprout! I then stopped all I was doing to give time for things to settle down, for three months the shedding continued. Just ten days ago, I began again with the rosemary water concentrate and using that massager to deeply work my scalp twice daily. Wish I never had touched the damned Minoxidil, could have had some nice gains after six months, though am STILL seeing some of those small hairs in the sink, though I'm not deterred, will just keep at it and hope like a bugger in a few months I'll again be going forward! Originally, did the green tea and coffee for a bit and might also incorporate those again, as I do prefer the natural approach!

Did your hair ever recover from that minoxidil shed?
@TRguy64
@TRguy64 Жыл бұрын
@@DasniWater Less now, though still shedding, I just did a deep scalp massage with that electric device and then combed my hair over the white bathroom sink, mmmm STILL losing way too many hairs, about 50 to 60 of those small new hairs, again almost zero longer hairs! Will be interesting if after the shock of stopping the Minoxidil whether now it's again been shocked by resuming the concentrated rosemary water, might take a few more months to get things stabilized and kicking back into gear, I soooo regret using Minoxidil when the rosemary and massage were doing the trick!
@DasniWater
@DasniWater Жыл бұрын
@@TRguy64 so did the Rosemary's oil not cause any shedding the first time around?
@TRguy64
@TRguy64 Жыл бұрын
@@DasniWaterOriginally, when I had begun about seven months ago, I had been losing tons of hair due to immense stress of a family member in hospital. One time I placed something over the shower drain to catch the shed hairs and there was masses, at least 1200 or more! THEN, I began the massages and green tea I had steeped, sometimes I'd use coffee and soon I switched to the rosemary water. Well, within ten days the shedding was very much reduced and about three weeks I was down to about 50 and even less afterwards, the stuff sure works for stress related hair loss, but then also stimulates hair regrowth. Now, I HOPE I'm pretty well at the end of the Minoxidil shed and the rosemary will again begin doing its work, I intend again do green tea and coffee several times a week. This way I'm doing natural and inexpensive as well. I just hope the Minoxidil hasn't somehow really thrown me off, who knows, time will tell, I can update, just give me a nudge after a couple of months!

Sorting out my tense neck and temporalis muscles improved my hair a lot, i have a desk job and my desk was too high which forced my shoulders upwards and my head forward, i struggled with chronic tension headaches and an overall tight feeling of my scalp, scalp massages did nothing really, it was getting rid of all my muscle knots elsewhere along with stretching and fixing my posture that helped.

Thank you for dedicating the time to educate your viewers on this topic. I’m interested in this not for myself because I have plenty of hair but for my mother who is in her 70s and losing hair. She has a habit of dying her hair on a regular basis. I am looking at removing certain shampoos with sodium laurel sulphate and propyleneglycol for instance. And of course controlling her stress. I’ve also looked into massaging the scalp on a daily basis. Which has helped but not fixing the issue just yet. But thank you for your advice I will be taking that on board

I reversed my hair loss by using multivitamin tablets that were rich in vitamins b12 and b7, along with rosemary oil, good sleeping patterns and yoga / meditation. I started to notice the difference in my hair within the week of starting this and thankfully, I am back to having a full head of thick and healthy hair. (p.s., I was losing a ton of hair everyday for a month before this and also started to see a visible bald spot on the top of my head that has thankfully vanished, also keeping my hair short during the treatment, ie, getting a short haircut was helpful as it was easier to maintain and the rosemary oil and shampoo that i was using could be better applied on my scalp.)

Every video i watch of Dr Gary Linkov and I am growing more and more hopeful 🙏🏾 Minoxidil causes some kind of sore growth on my scalp when i was trialing it so had to stop. The growths are like big scabs of dandruff, very similar to psoriasis with the soreness when removing the scabs but my dermatologist has ruled out psoriasis, fungal and yeast. Ive tried so much (had 2 breakdowns over my hair loss and the scalp issues that came when trying to fix it using Regain once a day 5% foam) causing me to shave my thick afro hair twice. The scabs are smaller and less obvious without the use of Minoxidil but i did see new (white) hair while using it too! Anyone who has met this guy and been blessed enough to have been seen by him i envy you!! If i could have one wish, it would be to be seen/treated by Dr Gary Linkov 💫💫💫 I feel like i know him already his videos are so good and full of great recommendations. Random ingredients like this isn't going to create results, you have to target it - my own hair growth success journey I did this: 1. Fragrance Free shampoo - Korean cosmetics industry know the negative effect of any natural or unnatural scents and how the affect already thinning hair. 2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week - it targets the hair follicles and stops inflammation at the root, which stops the rate of hair falling and results in hair growth. Its a big support not a cure. They ship worldwide, just search the name online. 3. Scalp massage for 20 minutes per day - Must be everyday - blood capillaries in the scalp are so thin, they get blocked easily. But they also get UNBLOCKED easily if you do this. 4. Collagen Powder 2x a day - 2 table spoons - dont get the pills, they are not enough. Get bovine and hydrolysed type, not gonna name brands but just make sure of these 2 aspects. 5. Stinging Nettle Leaf Tea - Removes hormone residue from the liver, supports hormone imbalance and supports this regimen for hair growth in many ways then i can list. Fresh leaves are better than dried - but still dried are good enough for times you can't find any fresh - can be found anywhere even Amazon. If you consistently stay on this for at least 2-3 months - you may not notice it first, others would - my brother taught this to me, who had very thin hair from 18. and hes 34 now, and still has a thick head of hair from all his friends and even younger than him.

The only truly proven info here is the scalp massage - and maybe the collagen. A $40 bar of soap made of "virgin earth" is not doing the work here. The rest also sounds like unsubstantiated 'crystal healing'- style placebo.

Not only did I not suffer from any transitional period but the results I experienced have been better. I added rosemary oil 3 months ago and it has only enhanced my results. opinion on sandalore? synthetic sandalwood. there are three studies on that, from 2018, 2020 and 2021 from 2021 study: Results: Sandalore® 1% ameliorated clinical signs of telogen effluvium, namely it reduced hair shedding, and increased hair volume and the percentage of anagen HFs, the latter two parameters significantly more than placebo when changes were calculated to baseline. Sandalore® also increased the ratio of terminal/vellus hairs at week 8. Most of the anti-hair shedding effects were seen after 8 weeks and maintained at week 24. Patient questionnaire showed that verum group patients were more satisfied than the placebo group in regard to the overall results.

Thanks for all your educating and sometimes even funny videos about hair loss. I truly enjoy absorbing all the information :) I am not entirely sure whether I remember correctly and if I read the exact same study about PSO, however, the one I read evaluated not pure PSO but administered a combination of PSO and liquid vitamins. So in this case, I found it difficult to ultimately accredit the promising results to PSO as there was a separate, potentially influencing factor involved (liquid vitamins). This goes more or less in line with your criticism of the tea tree oil study being combined with an anti-inflammatory (diclofenac). Would be great to know whether in the study you quoted, people got PSO solely administered or in combination with something else (e.g. liquid vitamins). Thank you once again for sharing your knowledge in such a kind way with us. Looking forward to your future "natural" products! Greetings from Germany.

Great summary Dr. Gary! Specifically when it comes to pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto, would you recommend using them alongside finasteride or are there some interactions to worry about since they all leverage the same mechanism of action? Other answers to this question that I found unfortunately contradict each other - would love to hear your take. Thank you and keep these going!

Haircafe would say just take finasteride and be done with it. If saw palmetto is truly a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor then adding additional 5-alpha reductase inhibitors will more likely cause side effects associated with inhibiting 5-alpha reductase.

I don't think it could hurt. There is a school of thought in natural medicine that says it's always best to take the whole herb and not just an extract, because you get the full spectrum of constituents that in many cases are synergistic with the particular constituent of concern. I think especially when it's a food-like herb like Pumpkin Seed, it's a great idea to incorporate it into your diet because you will be getting things like zinc when you eat the whole seed and not just the oil. If you're sensitive to lectins you can always soak the seeds for a few hours to overnight before consuming them.

Thank you Dr. Linkov for your generous sharing. For the 4 ingredients you recommend, which one of them are best for oral intake and which one of them are best for tropical application on scalp ? And, if Caffine is useful, are those shampoos with Caffine effective enough? I wonder whether there are enough time for the shampoo/ Caffine to be effective when they are only left on scalp for a few minutes. Thank you very much Doctor. Really glad at the end of the video you reiterated that non of what you mentioned is a replacement for proven treatments like finasteride and minoxodill, was worried for a second that you were becoming the next unmoral youtube or tiktok doctor to start using your degree to sell products like this as if they are going to be better or an alternative to proven treatments like fin. I do believe that if you're using finasteride and or minoxodill then the potential product that you're looking to make would be pretty useless as they're both enough, even on its own I think that natural remedies usually are not worth people bothering with as you never find examples of people reversing and holding off hairloss for decades using stuff like Saw Palmetto. SP is usually seen as a bit of a meme in the hairloss community as even tho it "helps" in the grand scheme of things its not enough to prevent DHT caused hairloss. It's really the equivalent of trying to put out a burning building with a water pistol. I don't have an issue with people using this kind of stuff but they should be fully aware that it wont be enough to prevent hairloss for decades like finasteride does.
