EDIT: in the video I thought there were 3 settings for the Smart Folio but trying it again today I think it's more like 2 settings but you can lightly hold it at any angle in between them.

I just came from the Apple Store & held the new iPads Pros OMG it’s lighter. I have an 11” iPad Pro M2 & now I want to get the 13” M4 pro because the weight is so much better. The only problem is I use my iPad Pro to take a lot of notes & the 11” size works, but that 13” tho & screen oh baby I want it. 😂😂😂😂

I know exactly what you mean! I have a 12.9" M1 iPad Pro and I absolutely hate the weight of that thing. To me the weight reduction of the new 13" iPad Pro is it's most significant improvement!

That thing barely weighs more than 100 grams over the original 10.5" iPad Pro 1st gen I'm upgrading from. It's wild how light it is for its size.

Nice to see someone with the basic 3 core chip good if you can some bench marks as all we get is the 4 core m4 scores, and comparisons. Most might say it doesn’t matter but 5 years from now the extra main core they removed will matter. Because the air is now a better deal now I am more tempted to get that , but when the air at £599 with 64GB the m1 or m2 pro was better value

Just ordered this version today. My version I am using is the pro generation 2 2017 model. Battery is shot. Should be a huge upgrade. Using u tube having to have the I pad plugged in all the time is frustrating and annoying at the same time. I am getting a battery replacement for the old version.But never keen on paying the bill for the new one.

I would love to see your feedback when it comes to using editing softwares, like Final Cut or final logic perhaps the adobe suite software etc. I think it would be impressive to have your thoughts on this new mean machine. What's important though congratulations hope you have fun with it.

I just got my iPad Pro. I like how thin and light it is, but there are a couple of things that bug me. I don’t believe the sound is quite as good, the speakers sounds slightly more woody and muffled, not as crisp. also, I really can’t tell the difference between an OLED screen and an LCD screen and that’s a fact. Considering that LCD screens are cheaper and are known for lasting longer I’m not really sure if the switch to OLED was necessary. My opinion. On a positive note, the thing is blazingly fast. It opens apps in the blink of an eye, fires up a KZbin video in the blink of an eye, etc. It is fast.

I'm very curious about the feel between the Pro pencil, Xencelabs OLED pen display 16" , and Wacom OLED 13" Movink. 60 hz on the latter two is unfortunate and lower resolution on the Movink but for me, I'd still need to use desktop apps. Nice to have the potential for quality color reproduction in these smaller displays.

The iPad Mini 7 will have similar build but smaller and lighter. If it rolled out together, I think the new iPad Pro tablets will suffer in sales. Nice Apple strategy.

iPad is weird. If you dont utilize it fully, its a glorified and expensive tablet just to consume media. However, if you really leverage all the iPad capabilities, its one of the best device right after mac in my Opinion

It's not the iPadOS holding M4 back, lack of non-Pencil related new features, or the 300 bucks price bump that is preventing me from buying this new one. It's that instead of having thicker longer-life battery to fill up the space they freed up, they instead chose to make it thinner, thus even more fragile. The only thing I'm grateful to Apple for, is allowing me to save money & make me stay on my current M1 a bit longer, which still performs great(it has to, because M1 is still faster than flagship Android tablets out RIGHT NOW).

For me, I feel like Apple has done their Folio and Keyboard cases in an incomplete way. I vastly prefer Logitech’s approach where the Folio cases have more varied viewing angles for the iPad Pro and you still get an MFi(pad) approved keyboard meaning you get most if not all features that the official Apple keyboard gives you (and up until these iPad Pros, a function row that the Apple keyboard case didn’t have), and it costs less than the Apple keyboards.

The only manwha I read was "Solo Leveling" which I throughly enjoyed but then decided not to read more manwha. I am also studying Japanese and this year I'll be traveling to Japan for the 7th time. I do spend about 2 hours every day learning kanji. My goal is reading light novels in Japanese.

@@dymundprynsess I did watch the Solo Leveling 1st season anime. Written Korean is much much simpler than written Japanese because it's got a simple phonetic script while written Japanese is the most complicated way of writing people have ever come up with. At least the grammar is pretty sane compared to European languages anyway. I do not know anything about Korean except for a tiny amount about the history of Hangul and that young Koreans apparently are switching from using Chinese characters for last names to Hangul. You must know tons more! 😄. Good luck on studying Korean! I know how hard that is but, at least for me, it's also often rewarding when I realize something new or I understand quite a few things in some anime episode.

Idk, I much prefer a matte screen for drawing w/ the pencil. Yeah, matte takes a hit on the image, but after getting used to a matte protector, I notice screen glare way more than I notice any image quality loss. not sure why you mentioned the vision pro. the resolution is barely 1080p, you need so much light. the weight is too much to comfortably draw for periods. the thing costs $4k so don't expect the price to get in the iPad territory any time soon. And people already have nice entertainment system at home that they can watch with their loved ones. so why would anyone want to buy a vision pro for entertainment. just buy an ipad and a pencil
