I believe you’ve got it backwards on this one griv I could be wrong don’t think so though. When you torque the rest right like your saying your sight moves left like you said BUT this is a right miss not a left miss. The sight moves left and you bring the sight back to the RIGHT to put it back on target which causes a right miss. Too much thumb in the grip is a right miss too much knuckles toward the target is a left miss.

Is there a rough distance you're looking for between the arrow rest and the sight? Can the sight bar be out too far which would have a negative effect? I have a 9in bar should I just slide out to the max position?

You say that after moving the sight bar in and out you need to get new marks at 20 and 60 yards. I have written sight mark/sight tape software that will cater for sight bar movement. So, I typically don't even need to get new marks, just change the setting of the sight bar in the software. In fact it is possible (particularly for juniors to get sight marks with different sight bar extensions and then get a set of sight marks back for each distance at each sight bar extension.

Torque bow left. Inpact of arrow is left . Move rest back. Or move sight forward. If different move rest in and or sight in.

How do you accomplish this with a trophy ridge react h5 on Triax with qad rest??

I'd say you try out the different screw points of the sight. Might not be as easy as having a sight with a dove tail, but it should work the same way. It also looks like this messes with your vertical pin position, so you would have to sight in after the torque tuning process.

"For any other form of archery, mild sight adjustment moving the sight in or out isn't going to hurt ya" ... I was told to always match the aperture of my peep to the sight diameter so there isn't any light showing, as this can cause shot inaccuracy. If that's true, we'll have to change peep aperture when moving the sight in or out too yeah?

Depends on how drastic of a movement you make. One/ two clicks you might be ok, any more then that, good chance you may have to swap out to get the correct peep to housing sight picture

If you torque the bow so that the tip of your stabilizer moves to the left you will actually miss right down range if your pin breaks in the middle. Because it moved your sight to the left thus causing your arrow to actually being aimed to the right of the intended target.

Depending on your torque tune.. can go either way.

@@lifeatfulldraw7163 there’s never a point with torquing the bow with too much thumb pressure will cause a left miss. If stabilizer goes left arrow goes right.
