I think Garp sees Himepo and Coby the same way he sees Luffy and Ace, despite the different choices they made, they are "HIS grandsons." After what happened to Ace I pity anyone that lays a finger on them, the reason he doesn't seem to worry about Luffy is because he knows how strong he is, he knows his crew is with him so Garp doesn't need to look out for him like Coby and Himeppo, they are like the two youngsters who can't quiet get themselves out of the trouble they get into on their own yet. Now GOD FORBID Black Beard hurts grandpa Garp and Luffy finds out! He may very well find out something went down and go, "Ok I'm calling the Straw Hat Grand Fleet..."

Warp Top 5. People forget he’s roger rival. Rayleigh is almost as strong as kizaru and Garp is stronger than Rayleigh. If Warp aged like Rayleigh he should be around kizaru level or stronger. Stop sleeping on Warp. That’s probably why oda always has him sleeping. He already knew it would make everyone underestimate Garp. 7 guests on the ship posed an issue in the manga, so they all aren't going to make it on the ship. Was VP about to give the reason Puma did what he did? Garp can do it if, big "IF," BB is preoccupied with someone else like Law or is exhausted from a previous battle. This chapter was packed full of good stuff.

To me the person they called sounded like an individual not a faction. The are even stated to be on the island now. This could easily be JDS, but my first thought was that it is whatever body/form Kuma’s consciousness is currently in. Since vegapunk split up his continuousness he may have done a similar thing to Kuma. This is why he can’t restore Bonny’s dad, because his dad is in a new body. In terms of more wild theories though, it vaguely looks like the den den mushi has a mustache We don’t know where weevil is and he is currently on the run from the government. I don’t know how to have this make sense unless he’s a Vega punk failed cloning experiment or something crazy like that. But it would be a super interesting twist and I have no idea where oda would go with it. (Imagine if his mom was the woman in the mads cover story)

I don't know what it means but the counter on egghead reached 100 then the defenses dropped and after that it was at 000 The way I see Garp fighting BB is the we already have there Law and Koby, Garp's people frees them and they either fight together or Garp stand to make sure they manage to escape. The only thing that doesn't sit right with me with this theory is Garp dieing away from Luffy, after Marineford I always felt that he had to redeem himself also to him.

It is an interesting chapter, the plot is pointing towards a hasty escape from the Marines, including the incoming Admiral but Vegapunk's head is still stuck on the island since it became too big for him. Even if he escapes, his brain will be at the Government's mercy unless he has a plan to safeguard it from them. The mystery here is who is responsible for disabling the dome's defenses, a traitor among them, or a third party saboteur? Who knows, well at least Garp is now going up against Blackbeard, its being a long time coming since it was him who started the chain of events that lead to Ace's death. Finally, Vegapunk will soon explain why he exploited Kuma by cloning him and making him into a cyborg, who is currently pushing himself towards Egg Head Island. Things are sure gonna get very explosive on that island.

I think people are underestimating Garp. Garp in his prime was rivaling both Roger and Whitebeard. Roger stated they had nearly killed each other countless times, implying they were equal in strength. Whitebeard during Marineford was sick with an illness. Naturally he was weaker than his prime, but he also had to deal with a sickness. Garp on the other-hand, is perfectly healthy. Old, yes. But so was Whitebeard. In other words, I believe Garp is stronger than Marineford Whitebeard. Why would Garp be weaker, if they were around equal in their prime? Not to mention the stab wound that happened to Whitebeard before the fighting began. Whitebeard was heavily nerfed in Marineford from the very start. I don't expect Garp to actually beat the Blackbeard Pirates. No. Blackbeards plot-armor is too strong, even for Garp (see Marineford). But I do believe Garp will at the very least rescue Coby and escape with his life.

The chapter was great in my thoughts & opinions! 1. Now, I don't know exactly why Kuma is heading to the Red Line unless he is merely passing through it in an attempt to go to Egghead Island, but if Kuma is there, will we also see Dragon assuming he does follow him?! 2. So far, I can't be certain how much of Kid's crew we'll see in Elbaf. But I do wonder if his 1st moments there will be "enjoyable"?

Garp going to try and rescue Koby is a lot. The emotional potential of Garp going after the one that lead to Aces Death. The potential of garp dying to Blackbeard? I think that’s too on the nose, I doubt BB is there currently, he’s going after the one piece making arrangements to overthrow the WG, now I had this conversation today and it literally just occurred to me that I thought BBS capture of coby was inconsequential and by necessity given Rayleighs intervention, so his only value for coby would be to sell him to buggy right? Well it hit me like a diamond he now has the control command chip for the seriphine! That’s a huge trade off for one devil fruit that turns people into stone. Why do I think BB won’t fight Garp? Cuz I believe Garp one v one would murder BB no contest, his biggest weakness is Garps biggest strength, however there is someone else who would give Garp a battle worth watching and writing, that would be his former trainee Kuzan, who if he’s deep cover left to protect coby and he knows he needs more time with BB to effectively stop him he’ll have no choice but to fight Garp with nothing held back and if they’re both part of sword which I believe they are I just feel like the known information by the audience lends itself to that story having more emotional weight then just BB killing Garp with the help of his crew, it’s just so obvious, couldn’t you see Garp having to sacrifice himself to protect coby and Kuzan from being found out and losing to Kuzan on purpose? Now granted I’ll give you Luffy hearing that his grandma died saving coby would upset him regardless, but if it’s BB or someone on his crew I really don’t think it makes a difference, he hates him regardless from Ace and then with aces fruit we saw his animosity towards burgess and BB. What do you think?

@devin henry that could indeed happen, either way the heart strings will be plucked and things will be shaken. But a big component of luffy is he cares about his frainds, it dosnt matter who they happen to be personally. Either way I think this will move the needle towards luffy clashing with black beard. I trust Oda, he's a great storyteller has been for decades. I'll be curious to see what way he takes things from here regardless of the imeadiate outcome.

Caribou has not been shown for a couple chapters and i don't think he is still around the sunny, most like he is trying to earn a favor from the gov but don't think that will work out I could be wrong and a satellite is a traitor but why would that be the case if they want to get rid of all vegapunks anyway?

What do you think about the actual Kuma being on the other end of that den den mushi. Px0 was the first generation sarafin. And if the straw hats have ever met the real Kuma, it was on thriller bark. This would explain why Vega Punk said that he could turn Kuma back because Kuma has been on egg head island with the explicit instructions to keep this a secret in return he would be the ginniepig for his new experiments. I mean, really, he's Dragon's right hand, and we're expected to believe that he is just a mindless robot now. I think this would be unexpected and hype.

I absolutely love your reasoning for why Shaka could be the one betraying them. For one, it’s been I think two or three times that Lillith said “drop the goody act” like she’s on to him. Vegapunk himself said that he would never have betrayed the world government. Shaka could convince them that he’d remain and work with them so they’d maintain control of the world’s smartest scientist and he may be the only one of the vegapunks who’ll be able to access punk records. And with Vegapunks brain disconnected from his main body via antennae, he could look dead. But his body may still need to be kept alive for the df power (which powers Punk Records essentially) so he’d be deadweight as Nami put it. I think this could be a plan enacted by all of them. That would be the twist at the end lol, it wasn’t betrayal but the calculated best course of action. The strawhats are a fortunate wildcard

I believe that the mystery ally of Vegapunk is Roche Thomson LV 5 inmate mentioned on Hannaybal's list and Thomson is a satellite of Xebec and is a prototype of the satellite system that Vegapunk operates under and Roche is in the debt of Vegapunk for giving him another life.

I love your idea at reverie, if you combine it with the hollow earth theory (Agartha)it would make sense, you just cant see it, but its there. My thought is that the one piece world is the Dyson sphere, and the sun is at the center of the one piece world, inside it, at its core (cosmic egg theory which is surrounded by a snake and when it hatches its a sun/sun god). The one piece world would be the egg, red line Jormangander, and the sun inside the planet would be the sun inside the egg, maybe made of aether or dreams. In the hollow earth theory there is a sun or geothermal source like Vega Punk talked about. It would also be surrounded by a ring or the redline/maybe grandline. Dyson spheres models have some in multiple spheres each spins at varying speeds causing variances in electromagnetic fields, which sounds like the navigation problem and crazy storms in the one piece world. All the universal models of one piece world are geocentric not helio, which makes sense in the hollow earth theory due to sun at center of planet. If true this would explain the sun tree eve's power source which is the sun, but if this theory is true, then the eve tree would be absorbing an transferring light from the center of the planet to fishman island and out to the top of eve tree. It along with sabody trees seem to breathe shown by the resin bubbles which could also spreed its particles out to rest of the one piece world, making the breath/voice of all things that connect the world together, maybe haki observation. Enies lobby might also be explained if the hole goes down to this sun which would make sense why it is always daylight there.

I think a lot of people are misconstruing Luccis words when he said that he does not view Luffy as an emperor he is not saying that he does not think Luffy is strong enough to be an emperor he's saying that he views Luffy more as a rival and just because he received a title of emperor mean does not mean that he's going to stop fighting him just because of that since he is already fought him before and does not think that he needs to not fight someone who he has fought in the past just because they received a title

Haven't seen anyone talk about how reminiscent Kuma is to the Fishman rebellion we heard about. A large mechanical being climbs the red line to attack merijoi, and Kuma starts at the bottom of the red line ready to climb moments after vegapunk says he has a good reason for him being like that.

My guess for the ally is Kuma, PXO is a satellite of Kuma and the real Kuma his Stella body is on Egghead. We have seen he can copy a Paramicia if he has access to their lineage factor. That’s why they both have a the paw paw fruit, that’s why Vegapunk can’t turn Kuma back. That’s why it doesn’t matter if PXO makes it to Egghead and he can do whatever he has to do at the red line. I felt it was supper obvious with Bonney being their the set up of the satellite bodies. I think it’s 100% Kuma.

No one can convince me otherwise that Vega transferred Kuma’s mind via the internet to the ancient giant body and vice versa. The ancient giant was programmed to fight against the Lunarians so that explains why Kuma’s body is gonna climb the red line. Also there’s the potential that Kuma inside the ancient giant robot is the one who deactivated the barrier. This way he could get inside to help the strawhats and vega escape. It also explains who Vega was asking for help.

Tin foil theory- Kuma is one of many pacifista heading to the red line ,now that the wg have the strongest power in one piece. VG sets them(pacifista) against dragons will to be a domino effect of breaking down the red line. When fista's get into place they blow up like dynamite. Just a random thought haha 😄

what if Kuma is going to the Egghead after all. We know Kamabaka Kingdom is in Grand line and Egghead island is in New World. When he was travelling to egghead he crashed into Red line. he can climb the Redline and take his second flight towards Egghead. We may all be wondering why not go directly go to Egghead ? . Reason : (1) Oda sensei does not like to be Predictable, everyone's 1st guess when kuma left Kamabaka kingdom was 'he is going to Egghead to save Bonney', but now Kuma has landed on Red Port this will divide the communities predictions. By making Kuma use the Red Line as a pit stop when his real destination is Egghead. Oda has cleverly eliminate the possibility of being predictable. Sometimes the most obvious Option is the correct one.

So, I have a though on the traitor: If it is a vegapunk, then wouldn’t the Punk Records give them away? Either that or whichever one is found withholding info could be the traitor. THAT or if we want parallels then it could be every vegapunk BUT Lilith that is the traitor, which would be a callback to Water Seven when we found out most of Icebergs inner circle was secretly CP9. Would fit especially since we are dealing with some of the old CP9 here too.

Warp Top 5. People forget he’s roger rival. Rayleigh is almost as strong as kizaru and Garp is stronger than Rayleigh. If Warp aged like Rayleigh he should be around kizaru level or stronger. Kuma bot is doing exactly what the giant robot did 200 years ago. A secret ally is on Egghead that will raise huge red flags if the government realizes he's there. Kuma's in a new body and the ancient bot's operating system or personality is in Kuma bot. That's my theory.

An interesting theory as to why Shaka would be the traitor would be how he is labelled as the ‘good’ portion of Vegapunk’s psyche. But what does good actually mean for Vegapunk? We see again and again references to his need for financial backing to continue his experiments, perhaps by backing the Navy against the Straw Hats Shaka believes he can get more resources to continue experimenting for the the ‘greater good’.

I like the idea that elbaf is who the vegapunks called, makes a lot of sense. About kuma and vegapunk, I think there's a simple reason vega says he can't do it: kuma asked him not to. We don't know why he did that to kuma, we don't know the purpose, we don't know his mission, and we know based on this chapter that he wasn't just turned into a brainless servant, he has stuff to do. I believe kuma wants to remain the way he is, at least until his purpose is completed.

“The obvious answer” as you would say…is that the person on the other end of the snail is the real Kuma. Vegapunk sent PX-0 as a hollow shell for the celestial dragons to abuse, now he’s gone back and it doesn’t matter. Though it made the whole Sabo rescue mission wasted, except he found out about Imu. So the person on the snail has to be strong enough to deal with CP-0, their identity being revealed would make them a target, they have been hiding on egghead…so why not the real Kuma? He can paw paw away CP-0, he’s strong enough to fight, his existence would make him a target for sure. I’ve seen people moving between Scopper and Smoker, but you have to ask why are they on Egghead hiding, do they have anything to do with Vegapunk and are they strong enough? 😄

I think garp is going to go around hand-picking a crew to go into black beards territory. He has trained and groomed many marines. He might bring smoker, and possibly a few undercover marines... I think aokiji seizes this opportunity to turn on black beard and join Garp. Garp Sengoku (they are always together, why not? Lol i think if one of them goes down, they both do. Since they are always together) X Drake Aokiji Coby Smoker Helmeppo Tashigi Law- (Is law is really a pirate or does he work for the marines like corazon? Or is he a prisoner that joins them after escaping. Drake and smoker will vouch for him and release him) They will still be underdogs, but they have a fighting chance if they team up.
