I was a Big Panthers fan. After the change of ownership there has been bad decision after bad decision. Wrong coaches, wrong personal decisions, they need a good gm and the owner to get out of the way.

What's messed up is the Frank Reich knew the Panthers was going to be completely rebuilding. When he interviewed for the job he needed to be asking them to draft CJ Stroud if that was the QB he had confidence in. As a coach I wouldn't have taken the job on a rebuilding team if they weren't going to get the QB of interest.

Any Colts fan could of told you that having Frank Reich as the play caller for Young and the Panthers was a bad idea!!! After a while his play calling just became so predictable for defenses to read with every drive starting with run run pass. And on top of that he’d never make any adjustments at the half which caused the Colts to lose a lot of close games!

What Carolina will come to realize is that Frank Reich is not a good NFL HC. He’s just soft man, he’s a good dude but his teams don’t respond to him and it all came to a head last year for the Colts. Carolina’s in a very tough spot because they severely lack talent and don’t have a 1st round pick next year sitting at 0-6. It’s only going to get worse from here

So I just went on a new cancer med called Megestrol. Last night was the first time I took it - and when I tried to swallow I was like - what the hell - the pill is up at the back of my throat still and I swallowed all my water. It was nasty bitter so I swigged a bit more water and tried again and I felt it there - floating on top of the liquid - and catching on my throat or tongue like it was sticky when I tried to swallow. Took me 3 tries to get it down - and now it repeated again this morning. This is the DAY after I hear Boston Connor talk about floaters which I thought was crazy. He is absolutely damn right lmao - but this pill has no coating - reminds me of the OLD tylenol before gel-cap days. Maybe that's why they did gelcaps? Anyway just wanted to come in and say Connor isn't crazy (about this at least)

The Colts and Jim Irsay, the Lions and old Ford Ownership. Ownership meddling hurts a team more than it improves. Robert Kraft spent almost 20 years being the mediator between Belicheck, old GMs and Tom Brady. Never said how to run the team, was just the mediator. Lions dont really count because the past 2-3 seasons has been Shelia Ford Hamp and shes changed the attitude of Fords ownership of the Lions.

As bad as reich and the panthers have looked this season, people need to take into account the amount of injuries they have been dealing with. Both starting guards have been out since week 1, Their defense is in shambles with Horn, Bell, Woods, and Thompson on IR. The play calling has been horrendous, but the injury gods aren’t doing them any favors.

As a panthers fan who has seen every word Franck has said this far in his tenure, I disagree with the sentiment him handing over play calling is an omen that things are not looking good for him. In general, I do not think things look good for him. But it’s not because of this move. He’s articulated this would happen at some point numerous times in training camp. So this to me is organic and has nothing to do with his job security really.

Being a Panthers is no surprise. The writing was on the walls as soon as preseason, not to mention Reich as a coach is the true definition of medicore and has a 500 record. So to expect that he would come to Carolina and all of a sudden become a great coach just wasn't going to happen. To be fair, though, Reich is just one of numerous problems with this organization, and it starts from the top down. Tepper is a horrible owner and has no idea what he is doing. He has set this organization back 10 years
