Is it a giant shock that Embiid gets hurt all the time when he spends half the game falling onto the hardwood at full speed trying to bait fouls? Meanwhile Jokic plays at his own pace and hardly ever crashes to the floor, and he has been one of the most durable big men ever. He has missed an average of 6-7 games per year and a vast majority of those are just rest days on B2Bs or late season misses when he has his seeding locked up.

Embiid will be out for at least 4 weeks due to this injury. At 3 to 4 games a week for 4 weeks, he'd still be over the 65 game minimum when he comes back if he hadn't sat out earlier in the season due to bs rest days and fake one day "injuries". He has himself to blame for not winning mvp, and we know how much he cares about winning mvp

I have never heard so many silly talking points in my life, SMDH. Do you know how many players in the league that have had a meniscus removed? (I’ll name 2, Kobe and D. Wade; and they had many all-star, highly productive years afterwards). It is a very common injury, and surgical procedure. A player the size of Embiid usually comes back within 8 to 12 weeks max. Relax. I am glad Embiid has finally addressed the issue, it’s plagued him for years (thats why his knee would swell). Also getting sick or having an injury does not mean you are soft.
