Giovanna Arcuri I respectfully disagree. Change is not forever. Change is time and time is change. Understand? Like Caroline spoke about in the video, The Buddha taught that there are three markers of existence. Dukkha, or unsatisfactoriness, usually called, “suffering” as well as change and the idea of no-self... These are concepts Caroline teaches. Life isn’t easy, everyone has their share of hardships , change is a constant and life isn’t personal, We do not know what future changes there will be, no one does. Including Caroline, you, me... we don’t know. Perhaps a vaccine will be developed to inoculate people from this virus and all viruses and life would return to “normal”. What then? How long would it take for people to go back to their old ways, assuming this will cause change among the thus-far les enlightened or aware individuals. We don’t know. We need to live and lead by example, starting with living a moral and ethical life. This too shall pass, into what, we do not know. Nothing lasts forever, only Ein Sof... the unknowable, infinite absolute. Wishing you peace and equanimity.

Cindy Brown I agree with you I believe you expressed it a lot more clearly than I have. I have many family members in Italy. In the North Milan and South Avellino Region. I can see 1st hand how this has affected everyone there. Change is constant.

In the last 6 months I lost my fiance. My Mom passed in February. I've taken care of her for years. Now I've lost my way of life and my source of money. I'm not afraid of contracting this virus. I already have an incurable one that won't kill me anytime soon. I enjoy the sunshine every day. I enjoy walking with my 16 year old dog. She's really had a spring in her step lately.
