Been thinking about this too, because I love pj's! However, I break out if I wear pj's more than two days in a row. Just from skin oils/ essential oil carrier oil use. So about three sets should do me. Just goes to show minimalism looks different for different people, because we all lead unique lives!

My favorite razor hack: Mens razors are soo much better. So my husband and I each have a handle. He uses the blade on his face. When it’s not sharp enough for his face it’s still plenty sharp for my legs and underarms so he passes it along to me. We just keep rotating like that and get so much more use out of each razor! We’ve had the same pack of razors from probably 5 years ago.

Love your uploads! 1. I totally agree with the television. I think we just need one. 2. I have like two purses but rarely use them. I usually just carry a wallet, keys, and phone in my pockets 🙈 I’m not a purse girl at all. 3. I probably could get rid of some coats. 🙈 4. My husband and I have our own laundry baskets in our closets because we do our own... but I love this idea for the future when our family expands. 5. I’m the same with socks. I just have white ones all of the same brand. 6. I’m working on minimizing my makeup because to be honest I only really use 5 products and I have way more than that 🙈 7. Love all your stuff. I’m so much like you, although a lot older lol and I will admit in some areas I am so good at minimalism but there are other areas I can totally do some deep work in and feel even freer, it’s funny how we forget about certain things. OMGoodness! We share so many of these! I currently don’t own a purse or a wrist watch. I do have two phone cases because I had only one and it got chopped up in my lawn mower blades (saved my phone though!). So I found a good reason to have a backup 😂

We only had 1 tv and it was downstairs. Now we just watch stuff on our laptops. I agree it really messes up the room by having one in there. I really had to think a bit on what I only have one of. I have several products that I use the same one of but have some in back up. But I have one comb, one hairdryer, one watch ( that needs a battery ) I use the same chapstick, eyeliner, mascara, foundation, facial scrub, shampoo, conditioner, hairspray but have several for backup.

I read years ago about someone who had reading glasses spread everywhere but could never find them. So they only kept one and can keep up with it. Like lip gloss. I have several designated places for lip gloss in my house - Purse , bedside table, beside chair in living room. Never move them so always there.

My knife situation is the reverse: I have one big serrated knife because I always make homemade bread. If I need a smooth one, I use a steak knife, which I never use for steak, lol.

I don’t understand why people “sort” their socks. Our sock pairs remain safety pinned at all times unless they’re on our feet. They’re pinned together in the drawer, in the laundry, etc. - basically from the moment they come home from the store. I like to pin at the toe, my husband likes to pin at the top of the shaft, or the heel in the case of footie type socks. Both ways work. How does everyone not do this?

I have been using coconut oil as a deodorant since 2011. I can dance for hours and sweat with no odor! My husband using baking soda powder because of his hair, haha

haha, then you need those around for sure! Some chapsticks have ingredients in them that keep your lips chapped so just make sure you've got some clean chapsticks!!
