I never thought about slowing down my audio. I spoke really fast, too, and I've deleted for full sections. I've gotten better at getting into a different mindframe when audio recording, but it's exhausting. I do a few chapters every month. Making videos has helped me with my audiobooks, too! Thanks so much for sharing your journey with producing your audiobooks!
