your english is great. a few minor tweaks to enunciation or word tense in some words could help, but you're quite easy to understand. i appreciated this talk, it was relevant to me. the music at the end wasn't so helpful. maybe if it were quieter over your voice. thanks for this video! i found your channel randomly and clicked based on the title.
