As an Architect, I can confirm, it’s not difficult at all to get blueprints of public buildings. As a matter of fact before 9/11 you could prints of some government buildings as well, like city and county buildings, etc. Actually , I’m sorry, 9/11 didn’t end that but the Timothy Mcvee bombing ended that the government building thing.

When I was in federal prison for a gun charge which I didn't sure an insurmountable of time I met drug dealer in there that got sentence too twenty years.I use to talk to them every mow and again he was cool.He told me that at clubs there are undercover cops peeping the drug dealers on the low.Just like the scene where Nino Brown glanced at Ice T the police officer.He said that it's not worth it selling drugs and then being on top because alot people know who you are.I told him I bet they do there are cops everywhere

It wasn't until you showed the "architectural" drawings that I realized that was just a sketch. No measurements, no floorplans, no stairwells, no heat / water supply, no drawing to scale etc.....Nino just got someone to draw a picture of the outside of the building so he could plan his takeover. 😂😅

Anybody can get blueprints of a building. It's not hard. The City of New York has a Department of Buildings where you can get building floor plans. You can also contact the architecture firm that originally designed the building. I cannot believe THAT was your question! You know about Darlene and the size of a chain a main character wore in a movie from over 30 years ago, but you are questioning how you can procure public records? You can get the blueprints of your neighbor's house too if you wanted.

When Ice T is running after Chris Rock who is on a bike, I think they started in The Bronx near the Cross Bronx Expressway when it's sunny outside and then wind up in Harlem and it's raining. Lots of flaws in this movie but it's still a classic.
