There's a music event at Lunpinee Park around end of Dec to mid of Feb every year called "Music in the Park'" organised by The Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra. It's a free concert held on every weekend around 5.30 p.m. untill 7 p.m. Hope you won't miss this concert. You can picnic while enjoying the concert, it's so relaxing and fun.

It's a good place for a picnic of 4-5 people. Convenient transportation, my friend. You don't have to be afraid of monitor lizards, the hospital is just across the road 😀😀If you cross the road a little further you will find Lumpini Tower, there are many delicious and cheap restaurants around there. Or to eat European food, walk into the alley of my German language school, the Goethe Institute.

You and Danny should explore Talat Thai or Si Mum Mueang Market, near Rangsit, taking the Red Line Skytrain. Go to the end of the line and then take a hired car from Rangsit Station to Talat Thai to see the market. Largest agricultural products market in Thailand or maybe Southeast Asia. Market open 24 hours a day.

hoping to visit this october? may I ask if the cold tea is safe to drink if you're not used to it? I'm asking because the in the Philippines, I try not to get drinks from food stalls unless it's in a bottle or can as there was one time I had bad stomach ache after drinking what seems to be juice with tap water. thanks!
