The number 4 and 5 advice is one of my current problems. I overthink a lot with the small things. I can't forgive myself, its pretty hard and I want to change for a better without nonsense cringe of small things. This keeps me away from my family and my friends.

I think 'panlilibre' is not wasting money. It is being generous. It's like planting a seed to people. Someday God will reward you for being generous. The more you plant a seed the more you reap.

I think what she meant to say is when a friend will hang out with you just cause you will treat them/make libre to them. Is really toxic.
