Hey. I'm Serbian, live here too. Love the videos. Thumbs up. One thing about dogs and poop. It's actually a great thing, as long as the poop ends on a green area. I'm a beekeeper and our lands suffer from the lack of animals. We've chased away the wild ones and there are less and less domestic animals. Because of that, bees and other wildlife have a big problem. There are fewer flowers, let's keep it on flowers or grass. Land needs animals to leave their poop, so later on, we can have more flowers or better quality of grass. Hope you understand the point. Cheers.

The only place I know of in the States where you can take alcohol outside in a 'Go Cup' is in New Orleans. I don't know about open bottles, though. In the States, it just plain rude and ill-manered to ask people about their salary. And yes, some people do it,mostly in the high tech industry or between close friends if discussing salaries in general. If someone here in Spain ask me how much it costs to take a class with me, I'd say anywhere from X number of euros but it depends....if someone asked me directly, I would just say 'enough for my needs'.

On some issues, America is more Puritan than Europe. This makes a tourist from Europe feel like he was in an Arab country. There is also a stereotype that American cops are enforcing the law more than European police. From the tourist's point of view, they can be perceived as nosy, malicious, obtrusive.

It's not legal to let your dog poop on the street here and not pick up after it, but people do it anyway. I think that it is safe to say that the majority of dog owners do not pick up after their dogs because of the lack of concern for others and the public hygiene. The only thing that might make them change this behavior would be getting fined by the communal police, and since the risk of getting caught is minimal, they, unfortunately, just don't care. It's much easier to think: "The street cleaners will do the job for me next time they come by." As for the still not having stepped into a dog poop - it's bound to happen eventually :) , specially if you live downtown. Kidding aside, in my experience, Dorćol has the most problem with this issue.

.....you can indeed drink alcohol outisde in the United States. Now maybe there are rules and regulations by city about walking around the streets with an open container but there are plenty of outdoor festivals we can walk around outisde with alcohol. You won't get arrested in all places all over the USA if you have an open alcohol container. Don't be confused.

I am pretty sure we have a law that says you supose to pick that shit up after your dog/cat/whatever finishes its job.. Its just that nobody gives a fuck about it.. Like jaywalking or selling alchohol and tobacco to minors (u18).. We got laws but cops dont give a fuck and people give even less of a fuck about it.. Its even worse in the provinces. I use to buy smokes and beer when i was like 12-13, no probs.. even before that for my dad.. Nobody ever asked me for my age or anything. And for crossing the street, well the most important thing is you dont get hit by a car, rest is less important :D
@warhund6 жыл бұрын
That tells me that kids arent getting parented and that most Belgrade parents have been teaching their kids to be gold diggers or crooks.. Its present in the rest of Serbia aswell but Belgrade is no 1. When it comes to drugs it also comes from home and lack of parenting.. So you dont wanna take care of your kids? Your kids are uneducated? Gues what ? They will become whoes or crooks or junkies (or drunks) and rest of society cant (wont) help you.. It is what it is.. SO go blame EU, NATO, MASONS or LIZARD PEOPLE for your kids becoming idiots or maybe ask yourself where did you go wrong.. Or ask your parents maybe..
@warhund6 жыл бұрын
My point remains, If i did wrong when i was a kid i would get punished and also a nice explanation from my mother on why such behaviour was unaceptable.. Dad would just do the punishment part without explanation but when it came i knew it was my fault, no questions asked. Do you have that today? Kids talkback to parents, parents argue and attack teachers and after that they argue police.. Their kids cant be wrong its just that the system is against them, until one day they overdose or rob or kill someone.. and than its too late. Discipline is low, respect for elders is gone and new Gods are here and they are here to stay.. And all these moronic right wingers that judge and teach a crooked picture or our society and history arent helping.. So many people have lost all touch with reality (one way or the other) that its scary.. Starting with conspiracy theories and moving on to false Gods (money, internet, reality TV, celebrity life, fake values, rebirth of fasicsm and so on.. ) and eventualy with the reality of the world around us. People lack propper education and life experiance and inteligence to be able to see what is going on around them.. And I honestly dont see more than 5% of people that are aware of anything.. It is scary.. Dont know, i figured maybe the key is to get the fuck out of here and try a normal life elsewhere but than i realized that foreigners are even more ignorant and astranged than us Serbs.. So gues there is no escape from idiocracy and lunacy.. Or I am just so much smarter than everybody else or the smart ones are silent while idiots are loud.. Maybe thats the case. I think we should end this conversation here because I feel like spilling perls before pigs and I dont want the people to get the wrong picture of our country and our people.. Its all ok, just try and keep your shit to yourself or maybe use serbian instead of english since we Serbs are used to all kinds of stupid shit and I wouldnt want the world (if there is still inteligent life out there) to get the wrong pictures of us, like we in a twisted cult or something.. \o/

Бојан Bojan Бабовић Babović Yeah yeah, start with the prayers now.. If you can understand properly than dont reply since you clearly cant make the difference where I speak of the World and where of Serbia.. All you have in your mind is Serbia and Serbs and i speak more of humanity and thats just another level.. When it comes to Serbia we had all kinds of orientations (and we still do) and all kinds of sickoes so the fact we started a world war and happen to be on the better end of it and that UK had a good agent network in Belgrade so the triple alliance arangement fell.. well.. Yeah. Its just politics, people have died for no good reason. We didnt need to be a part of it and I sure dont plan to be a part of anything else RIGHT WING morons who call upon "tradition" and "old religion" and bla bla for the sake of some shit values (that never even existed as such) or lands, want to start. Depends. I used to buy alcohol at 14, albeit 8 years ago, when nothing was as violently enforced as it is now. Personally, ID checks disgust me for pretty much anything, except maybe buying cigarettes when you're 8 or 9 years old, but even then you can do it. Most of our stores have regulars who are adults with children, so if a child buys cigarettes or alcohol, the cashiers assume it's for the parents and let kids get away with it

It's amazing. In Romania we act the same as serbians on this issues. We, former communist countries are more alike than I imagine.

I mean .. depending on we’re you are and the people around, if you have a bag over the bottle , you can get away with drinking in public but best to be covert about it.

#1 - a lot of people DON'T do that in Serbia even if it is legal and in some places in the USA (Savannah, Georgia) you can do that. #3 - been working here for 2.5 years, not common to discuss salary here . No one has asked. I talked about it more in the USA and had more strangers ask me in the USA than Serbia. Mature relationship between Europeans and booze? No, seen lots of crazy behavior here too. #5 - No, seen more dog crap where in lived in the USA than in Belgrade/Pancevo.

9:15 Noooo, it's not a small thing! I studied ethnomusicology at the Faculty of music in Belgrade, and I couldn't sit in the park next to the Academy, because of the stench of all the dogs, cats, and probably people, who were shitting in that park. I was disgusted with the humanity most of the time.

@daca83956 жыл бұрын
But, during sport events, you cant drink alcohol in 1 km radius of the stadion. Dont mess with this, police wont tolerate it! In any other situatio, its fine!
@toxicgamers11134 жыл бұрын
well yes, but in Serbia you can buy alcohol or cigarets with less than 15 years old... even with 12 or 13 years...I have see that many times...even parents send little children 10 years old to buy Alcohol or cigarets for them... at celebrations, even parents allow small children 8 years old to drink wine, beer, or brandy ...

Я говорю по русский но считаю что братский народ всё разберуся. здесь в китае, отличается от Сербии, первым знакомяший людей вопросом, является фраза "сколько вы зарабатываете" (сразу после "добрый день" и "очень приятно познакомиться") lol

Hmm. You can be born in Niš and never to give support to your hometown football team Radnicki Niš. Every time Radnicki plays against Partizan or Crvena Zvezda ( both soccer clubs from Belgrade ) there are more Niš citizens supporting these two belgrade teams reather than supporting hometown team. That is just crazy and sick. Imagine an NBA game between Knicks and Heat playing in New Yourk where all native New Yorkers are supporting just Miami Heat. I think this phenomena can be found only in Serbia.
