Excellent information. I think your delivery was wonderful. Clear, concise and you don't mince words. Do you have a video for using the stone around a fireplace? Should I install the natural gas stove after the stone has been installed?

I don't have a video on a fireplace installation... yet. I do have one planned but it's going to be a couple months. That said, installing the insert first and the stone after should give the best look. If the insert is installed after the stone, there are going to be a lot of odd gaps.

Sure thing! It's a good product but we've had a lot of issues with the purchase process. Hopefully it's more of a local issue.
