Not for everyone. Some persons are called for interview while some are granted a permit without interview

Hello Teacher, For now, you can work as a student with your student permit, you don't need to apply for a work permit. But if towards the end of your studies and permit, you get a full time job, you can then switch to a work permit. it is advisable to ensure you complete your studies as an SI scholar.

A valid question please. As a lady who is intending to travel with her yet to be spouse (dependant) for the 2023 session. Can I make my application and do all necessary submission of document with my surname? Although, we intend to get married next March after which I will be bearing his surname. Is it safe to go ahead with my surname? Would there be future problems with the different names/change in name at the time of Resident Permit application for myself and partner?

Surname may not be a challenge, you just need to show proof of your union or proof that you guys are cohabiting
