My application have been audited, I sent all the documents and no problem. As said by Ray, don't believe KZbinr who say they know tips to ovoid the audit. It is an algorithm that said in one second if you are selected for an audit or not.

@@BenhurFrancis In memory, they asked for : My diploma My 35h PD courses certification The name and contact of somebody who can certified that what I say in the application is true. They send an email to this person. Not a big deal in fact.

Hi Ray, My application got rejected. I believe I couldn't demonstrate my project well. Please advise will I able to ever pass the eligibility? Now what should I do? below is the excerpt of the rejection email: Eligibility Not Met: Project Management Role Perform their duties under general supervision and are responsible for all aspects of the project for the life of the project Lead and direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources Demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience to appropriately apply a methodology to projects that have reasonably well-defined project requirements and deliverables We were unable to ascertain from the project descriptions if you had led and directed cross functional teams throughout the duration of the project. Note, although we do not require the title of Project Manager on the projects submitted, we do require you perform in the role of project manager for each project. If you did not serve in the role of project manager for each project experience, it will not fulfill our requirements.

I have managed many projects for over 35 yrs, I do have BS , but have retired and want to get back in the work force. I'm 100 % disabled veteran. Will PMI waive the 8yrs . Again all my experience was accumulated over 8 yrs ago. Thanks

Hiya. It's very unlikely that PMI will waive off the 8 years criteria. However, you can email PMI customer care asking for a relief and see what they say.

If you truly have 35 years of PM experience, I doubt that you really need the PMP.

I watched all of your videos and found lot of understanding of real things.. here i have one doubt that my application is submitted and i got its pass. Now i have yo pay for the exam and attended it. Is it still possible that they go for audit on my application?? Or its just limited at the application process??. Thank you so much and i will waiting for your valuable response on this comment.❤❤

Hi, yes, PMI can audit your application at any point in time. Even after you have become PMP certified :)

I was chosen for a random audit. I submitted 3 projects on my application so they're asking for 3 references. I have one reference that can verify all 3 projects. Is this okay to do or do I need to have 2 or 3 different references? One of my project dates is 9/21-12/22. The reference I want to use left the company on 8/22, which was before the project ended. Should I still use them as a reference for that project? I'm having a hard time finding another reference to use, as I no longer work for that company either. Thanks!

Hi, you need to give the same references which you mentioned in your application. If one person can approve all three, then include the same name for all 3 projects. The email ID has to be a business email ID and not gmail/yahoo etc. Doesn't matter if the person has left the previous organization, include his new organization email ID.

@@PMPwithRay Will do! I was concerned they left the company 3 months before the project ended, but it sounds like it doesn't matter. I do have their new company email and will use that one. Thanks!

Hi Ray, I have worked as a Payroll Manager and implemented lot of projects in my process like Kaizen, Green Belt and RPAs with coordination of a Project Manager. Am I eligible to apply for the exam?

Can i apply for PMP i have done BBA (3 years) and 1 year of PGPM from great lakes institute of management Gurgaon Also i have 2 years of Project management experience as business Analyst 35 hours of classes Project management from linkdine learning

Hi. Project management experience as a business analyst in not enough I'm afraid. You need to be a project manager for at least 3 years to be eligible for PMP.

@@PMPwithRay Hi, thank you for everything so far, I have started with your course, blog and this channel. A qq: is it enough, if I was a Team Leader (my job title on contract with company no.1) and Educational and Cultural Affairs Officer (in consulate), but I acted not only as people, but as project manager during my TL position all throughout my TL role, taking several projects from initiation to closure. As Educational and Cultural Affairs Officer - my main job was to create and manage projects, e.g. organize promotional events (initiating, planning, execution, control and closure stages were all there), de facto I was the project manager.

Thank you for reply, but My 3 years bachelor’s degree still qualify for 36 months of work experience? I have World Education Service (WES) report and it shows 4 years of degree.
