to remove the seatbelt chime, turn the car acc on, do not start the car, wait maybe 10 sec, then click and unclick your seatbelt 25 times, then turn off your car, turn it back on (i have a black 2017 wrx sport-tech)

This worked on my 2024 BRZ Ts and my 2020 STi. It's likely a designed backdoor disable by Subaru. The chime comes back if you reset the computer or remove the battery. To make it easier you can hold down the red unlock button with one hand and then just insert and remove the belt quickly with the other.

I agree that the MPG is terrible on these VB models, but I short shift and lug around town lending me about 25.5 MPG. On a 1200 mile highway trip my average went up to 29.5. It has decreased now that I'm back in town, but the car lugs very well having a turbo. The power is there when needed.

I'm getting 27 mpg in the Appalachian Mountains. Only "mod" is muffler delete. Others I've talked to say about 25 mpg.

Good vid thanks. I’m averaging 27-28 mpg in my custom tuned ‘23 Premium. Primarily highway but some running around town. Much better mpg than the ‘13 Limited I used to have.

Needed weight savings... but adds spoiler? Try keeping junk out of the car as well hahaha The safety chimes can be disabled... multiple videos on this or wear your seatbelt? I average 24 mpg but i do mostly highway driving. Enjoy the car!

Also there’s a way to turn off the seatbelt chime look it up I did it at the dealership before I took off the lot

Can you safely put 89 grade file in it without damaging the engine?

I believe it’s a minimum of 89, so should work, I just stick to 93 to play it safe!

I think when you open the gas lid it states there to put 93 for better efficiency and engine performance or something. Like that. Keep watching more videos about it inform yourself well before . That’s what I’m doing bro. 🤙

Of course there not “the best”. But it’s a FUCKING SPORT SEDAN. These motors are designed to eat & the redline is a safety feature to keep you from blowing up your motor. I ride race bikes of all sorts and I always tune my limiter-15-20% from factory so I can bounce it when I want to. If you don’t want to use the motor put in your performance vehicle, why the hell are you buying a performance vehicle? Toyota might be your cup of tea

I have my '24 for a month and love it....did your model come with those tires. I was pretty upset that mine came with summer tires, as I live in NJ!! Seems strange that they would not put better rubber on cars sold in the northeast. Are youbworried that all you upgrades could void the manufactures warrantee??
