While being out and about, there may be an instance once in a blue moon where you run into another person who's into Splatoon. They could be playing Splatoon 3 on their Switch at the park or just casually bringing it up in conversation. So as someone who's also a Splatoon fan, you might want to talk about the franchise with them. However, there are certain topics that you must avoid at all times or the other person will suck the soul out of your body on the spot. My favorite weapon is the range blaster for its difficult yet rewarding playstyle, my favorite stage is The Reef because it has everything you would want from a splatoon stage, and my favorite mode is rainmaker because I love camping the rainmaker when I have the lead as well as just going all over the map with the objective. No favorite idol because I haven’t ever really cared for them.

As someone who's actually met someone who also played Splatoon, I guarantee that this is very accurate, because I didn't do it this way and it blew up in my face (the person stared at me awkwardly as I kept talking on and on about the music and the meta and such. I gave them my friend code the next day and they threw it in the trash on the way out :c) I wish I could find someone that would want to talk about it tho, someone who was as interested as me, because I approached them back when fresh season was coming out and asked them if they were excited.
