Thinking About Getting Suzuki Bandit Mods?

I am the proud owner of a 1996 Suzuki GSF 600 or more commonly known as the Suzuki Bandit. Suzuki Bandits are absolute work horses & will go on forever if looked after properly.
My motorcycle is still as solid as the day it was built but unfortunately it looks 24 years old.
How do I bring it to the year 2020? New mirrors, new bars, tail tidy?

Thanks for the ideas, I've got a 97 GSF600S with 56k miles when I bought it. Has more miles than my 89 944, until next week when the 944 will pass it.

No problem. I still have the Bandit & ride it everyday but haven't made a video for a while because I've only been commuting to work. I haven't made any upgrades or mods yet because constant lockdown.

My plan is to eventually start using it as my daily until I can find a decent Subaru to buy to rallyX and daily. I live in FL, but I am looking to move to Sebring, so a lot more in the middle of nowhere, so I'd ride daily. Unlike the 944, I can rebuild the Bandit engine for pennies by comparison, and do it in an apartment.

I love the bandits. I have a few k series bikes an 01 and an 07 1200 and a 2002 600 with a gsxr750 engine in it. You can mod the tail plastics on the k series to the 1250 which is more slender and pointy. I honestly think they are a gorgeous bike and in the right proportions too. They remind me of the classic rd350lc's and i honestly think they will be classics in years to come 👍👍

I know. I don't expect to make my money back when I come to sell it. It will cost me close to £2k altogether if you include cost of the bike

Good deal on the paint/wrap. Does it protect the metal as well as a proper re-spray?. Hope you get a good result. I think the bar-end mirrors will look good on the bike.

Yeah. It lasts around 10 years & you can take it off if you want to change it

I think that's an acropovic. I have the same on my Himalayan now. I'll probably get Black Widow on my vfr800
