This is so good guys! So tactical. Since shorts were discussed so much, I wonder what percentage of the 100 million views a month is from shorts and how many views is from long form. My guess would be shorts out perform the longs, but either way that would be something I'd wanna know just to give me an idea for content strategy.

As a regular Ramsey viewer, I can say that these strategies are working. I love that I can click a link to the full video from the short--so many channels don't take advantage of this option and lose me as a viewer. Even though I'm interested in the topic, I don't have time to search around their channel for the full video. I'm a big fan of the clips as well--5-7 minutes is good for a break, but I don't usually have time to listen/watch an hour plus video. This was great, Sean! I learned a lot.

I now have 540,000 subs on KZbin.

I posted 6 shorts a day for a month. Even for just reactionary/joke content remixing other shorts, it was non-stop. I lowered it to three now, but trying to do alot more editing and stuff like that. A VERY steep learning curve, but I'm definitely not bored. (And also not having a problem loosing weight lol) I see it as a great opportunity to learn content creation as a whole. Hugely valuable interview, lots of golden nuggets! The thing that stuck with me after watching is simple: Just like rowing a boat, make sure that all of your work is "rowing" in the same direction. Going faceless is recently working really great on my second channel.
