My big takeaway: 1. loved the part he was saying about speaking to the crowd from your point of view and not what you think they should do. 2. I also learned that not every successful rich dude on youtube must be clever or helpful. I utterly disliked the condescending attitude - If I were 1 in the crowd I would def leave after 15 mins.

I just casually searched the word "Content" while I was drinking my afternoon coffee, this and a few other videos popped up, I clicked on it without even realizing that it's almost an hour long, I said to myself I would just watch ten minutes of it but I sat through the whole presentation and even started taking notes after twenty minutes, and I am planning on watching it again! this is amazing I cannot believe it's free! here in Iran business gurus sell this kind of content for high prices! and they are not even half as good! they would do this kind of education in 10 hours and they do not give away the secrets! Thank you Alex!

The fact that Alex came out of nowhere within a year making videos in a closet is insane. And with only 7% of his time put in the content too! Goes to show nobody has an excuse for not making it on social media. Motivation is key so let's keep up the consistency!

No no, but the best part about it is actually that he's been doing this for a long time. He explained it in another video on his channel how he had his podcast for almost 5 years with almost no traction. But he stayed consistent and here he is

He didn’t come out of no where, he had a large audience from Gym Launch that he launched 7 years ago. That being said, he scaled rapidly once he sold gym launch. He had a LOT of reps and success prior to becoming mainstream, I know because I’m in the space he came from. Everyone in the fitness space knew who he was for 5+ years before mainstream knew of him. Gym launch was an 8 figure company, and he started gaining traction in the mainstream in the direct marketing niche sharing his successes , namely the clickfunnels community as a protege of Russel Brunson who opened up his stage to him. This is where his first several thousand mainstream followers came from and it spread from there. he’s clearly brilliant and his content and delivery is amazing, just saying he’s not an overnight dark horse.

Favorite takeaways, hope this helps you.. - “What’s inside the content matters more than the wrapper”
(It’s 80/20 focus on the 20) - Alex’s crazy content creation model
 1. Do Shit.
2. Talk about what you just did.
 3. Then do bigger shit. - Talk about how it helped you Switch “How to” to “How I”
 - Give away the secrets and sell the implementation. - If you’re not afraid of how much you’re giving away you’re not giving away enough. - Give give give and don’t even worry about getting. - "Not everyone is an expert about everything, but you are unquestionably an expert on your own life. So share it"

still very relevant content! thanks for sharing. My 5 takeaway : 1- Do first. Then talk about what you did. Don't patronize with the "here's how you should do it" without track record for yourself on the matter. 2- Niche can get rich - think local before you can broaden your reach. 3- Give the secrets away until you get uncomfortable. make your free materials better than everyone else's paid content 4- 10x your input if you want to 10x your output 5- Have patience. Control your impulse. Keep doing. And compounding effect will do the rest.

The significant distinction between Alex Hormozi and other motivational speakers lies in his unique approach of providing a comprehensive, step-by-step process specifically to any business needs. While many motivational speakers focus solely on delivering inspiring messages and general strategies, Alex Hormozi goes beyond mere motivation by offering practical, actionable guidance that entrepreneurs can implement immediately. His methodical approach ensures that individuals receive not only the inspiration to pursue their goals but also the necessary tools and frameworks to navigate the complexities of building and scaling a successful business.

Great video! AH is the man! I always play the mantra on loop in my head that success always happens when opportunity meets preparedness. Decide what you want, speak as if you already have it while envisioning yourself living as if you have it and feel the emotion of it while working towards the goal whether that's educating yourself or following what a mentor says to do. Speak affirmations as if you already have it, write your goals on a card and look at the card while taking actions. Once you are prepared you will find opportunity or it will find you and success will happen. Keep in mind that many times this is not an overnight process. I've had huge dreams come true because I did not give up while working on the goals and I ignored the naysayers. While many of my classmates were in the same school, they failed to follow some of these steps and ended up in much lower level positions but many of them were actually more technically proficient than I was. So envision yourself and have big dreams and live and speak as if you have already attained the goals. This works.
