Video Introduction:
Big bull Rakesh Jhunjunwala will soon launch Akasa Airlines, but experts are skeptical of his move. Most think that the best way to be a Millionaire is to become a Billionaire and then start an airline company. But in today's video, we will bust this myth using a real-life example of Southwest Airlines, the world's largest low-cost carrier airline, which has been profitable ever since it launched.
Southwest Airlines Co., typically referred to as Southwest, is one of the major airlines of the United States and the world's largest low-cost carrier airline. It is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and has scheduled service to 121 destinations in the United States and ten additional countries.

The hexagon is a classic graph problem that is it is a complete graph. The Hub and Spoke model is intuitive but inefficient. But the solution of Southwest to prioritise the high traffic routes are intuitive as well and should come naturally as well. But is it just me and if not why do businesses invest so much to come up with such easy solutions?

These business are massive. Everything done is done strategically. Point to point and hub and spoke are the standards that was created by expers. They are operating billion dollor companies as stated Southwest was connecting point a b and c only. if every country follows this what about the airlines for d e c f points. should customers cancel going to these places. This is how it works. when you see big context then both the models are great. while southwest was focused on growth in perticular point. other companies were operating at higher level. As we know Amazon is bigger it does business all over the world and all products. while Myntra only does the fashion and has the largest makert share in fashion ecom industry. It's similar to the southwest.

Another interesting choice made by Southwest is to fly only one aircraft model - Boeing 737s. As a result, every pilot or crew member can work on any flight and its parts fit all of its planes. This lowers cost and makes it easier to run. Love you content. Keep doing good stuff!!!
