That tip with bouncing the Flute runs to audio was really useful but it took me ages of searching to find out how to adjust the time of the audio rather that just adjusted the size (essentially cutting off the audio rather than making it play faster). So if anyone else was wondering, once you have bounced to audio (rendered in place), select the audio clip, then tap the number 1 key on your computer repeatedly until a little orange pop up says "Object Selection / Sizing Applies Time Stretch". You can then use the small square in the bottom left corner of the audio file to adjust the length of time it will play. Once you are happy with it remember to tap 1 again until you see the orange pop up saying "Object Selection / Normal Sizing"
