The moment I first heard this song I always thought it fit perfectly with John Locke's story from Lost. Every thing about this song just perfectly matches where he came from, and how things unfolded in the show. Even has a french women counting numbers. A few years later Jared said he had gotten hooked on Lost. I wonder if he realized how well it fit.
