"Hold your line, hold your line" *proceeds to go 1 meter deeper inside* *gets spun out* *begins mocking the spotter* Hold lines smoothly, you're quite twitchy with the wheel. Looks like someone on a thumb stick tapping it towards the left to make the turn. Other than that great video on our SCB series. Doesnt get enough coverage. Liked. Subbed.

Hi Timo. Thank you for this video. Do you have any link or video with your graphics settings? Those are stunning

Not a video. But I have uploaded my current settings here: drive.google.com/file/d/1DZywpiOYK813YG311ebzHOdeJs3RoTzl/view?usp=drive_link Please also note that the picture is additionally tweked in postproduction using Premiere Pro and its tools.

A good video about an entertaining combo, Timo. However, I overheard the other drivers chatting in the clubhouse bar after the race. Your name came up. 😏 It's worth taking another look at that AI incident. The first contact was the AI's fault but the second might have been yours - despite CC telling you to hold your line, you steered left and pointed your car at the kerb, leaving no room for the car alongside you. I may be wrong so feel free to disagree. Later in the race you ushered a car off the circuit at the outside of T1. Be warned - there might be retribution in the next race in the series. AI cars have long memories. 😉

You got me there, at least the 2nd incident was definitely my bad 😶. The 1st (spin) is a so-so imho. "Keep your line" would have meant for me to sacrifice the best line/apex and understeer toward the outside. However, Serra was not clearly alongside me but had his hood only at the height of my trunk. But yeah, I could have avoided that.

@@TimoDick Thank you for taking my comment in the spirit in which it was intended. :) I would contend that a car that is only a third or a quarter alongside is still alongside and should be given space. Having said that, Cascavel's T1 is one of the most difficult corners in the world. I look forward to your next video.

Best car in the game right now with the new tire model from the upcoming 1.6 update. However the new p2p rules are supposed to have no activation delay. Funny enough it didn't have any in the first race I did in the preset championship but it kicked back to 5 seconds delay after the second race. They will fix that I'm sure. Also it took me a few DQ to realise I had to change at least two tires even if it says 0 mandatory change to avoid DQ at the end of the race. Seems like the AI doesn't have to because they pit faster. Annoying but soon to be fixed surely.

Interesting and good to know. Needs some fixes then.

Hey Timo! Nice race with the stock cars. Don't you want to do a custom championship with these cars?
@TimoDick6 ай бұрын
Did already one in 2022. Let's see ... atm I am more hoping for more Endurance Content (IMSA) to drop soon and do something with that ...

Thanks for the explanation of the rules in this series. Does the P2P numbers show anywhere on the dash? I race in VR and don’t want to keep using the HUDs as it’s a bit of an immersion killer.
@TimoDick6 ай бұрын
That's my prob too. Couldn't find the P2P amount anywhere on the wheel or elsewhere outside the HUD.

The game seems to have a bug where you can not set an amount to refuel. First time I did a race in this championship and ran low only to find in my pit request window I could not increase the amount of fuel from 0.
@EmJayEss6 ай бұрын
I assumed it was a series that didnt allow refueling in race, but I didnt check the real life rules. Your thoughts on this? I noticed the 2nd race of the weekend it is pretty close with fuel usage
