The is the most amazing rib recipe I've ever seen. I'm not even sure if my skills are up to it. Am I correct that these are pork ribs and beef broth?

I forgot to answer the most important question. These were St. Louis-cut pork ribs, and I trimmed off the tips and used them for BBQ rib tips. You really get two great rib possibilities. I will be posting the Sticky Ribs video soon with the tips.
